Air synergy installed a new propane heating system along with minisplits in our newly renovated home. They were always on time, always communicated well with us very competitive prices. Because we were in the middle of a renovation we threw alit of curve balls at them, they worked threw it all. Could not be happier

Fantastic company! Couldn't find anyone to come out and fix my ancient central air unit which had been broken for 3 years. Synergy let me know they could come out and I was thrilled but still worried my antique condenser was beyond hope. I figured any tech who came out would just try to upsell me a new unit. Fortunately that wasn't the case. The technician, Chris, was friendly, professional, and even arrived a little early. In the middle of a tropical storm, no less. It took him no time at all to spot the issue and he fixed my condenser. The price was very reasonable and he even provided some additional tips for keeping my system running in good shape.
The feeling of cold air coming out of those vents after 3 years of no AC at all made my year. Dealing with summers was starting to get to my head. I am very appreciative to this company for their professional and honest service and will definitely use them again if needed.

Jeff and his team are the absolute best. Got a few quotes for a job at our commercial building. Jeff was there the next day with the best options and pricing. His team was at our office the next week and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. These guys really know there trade, are responsive and truly care about doing great work. Made an 8:30am appointment two days away. They came and sat outside my house at 8:10. Had his coffee and ring my doorbell at 8:20. Evan was prompt and went about his business efficiently. Cleaned and checked my furnace and recommended a couple of preventive maintenance items to replace. Charged me a fair price for the work. I also asked him to check out my tenant’s HVAC system. Another firm had serviced it and told my tenant that it need over $2000 of work, replacing the blower motor and couple of circuit boards. They even presented a complete system upgrade and replacement for $9300. This is why I wanted a second opinion. Evan took apart the furnace, clean and serviced the system and found everything in order. He assured me that everything is working fine and if it needs a blower motor later, they are stock item and can be replaced quickly. I’m more than thrilled to hear this. Air Synergy just won themselves a loyal customer. I will make sure I will give them a call whenever I need any HVAC service.

Contacted air synergy when my Aunt’s boiler failed. Jeff was there to give me an estimate within an hour. Jeff was very concise and thorough with explaining my different options. I opted for an upgrade to the existing system but didn’t feel pressured to do so. He and his crew arrived on time and started the job within the next business day. All his employees are very professional and made sure no stains were left on the carpet or floor and the job site was left cleaner than when they started. This is my new go-to HVAC company for my hot yoga business! Jeff has helped me so much this year. When our furnace was on its last legs this winter, he got us a new unit almost immediately and didn't charge us a penny over the estimate. We've done a few jobs with the company and most have been successful on the first try. The one time that something did go amiss with one of the technicians, Jeff came over made it right, which shows a lot of integrity.
Like most consumers, I have a decent working knowledge of our system but I am not an HVAC technician myself and I have no way of verifying what the technicians explain to me, so TRUST is absolutely essential. Jeff has proven himself to be super trustworthy and helpful, and now I won't call anyone else!

Air Synergy is great. They have been my go-to provider for routine maintenance and repairs on my heating system for 6 years. All personnel are very professional, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. They have always responded to calls and scheduled services in a quick and timely fashion. I recently hired them to instal a mini-split AC unit. They maintained an orderly worksite all day and cleaned up both inside and outside my property when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

Incompetent and extremely unprofessional company with awful front desk staff. Our mini-split unit broke and we called for a repair - we got called the next week saying a team would be there that day but couldn't give a specific time, my husband waited all day at home taking the day off work for them to arrive and no one showed up all day - no call or explanation. I called the after-hours number around 7pm and was told they didn't know what happened. The next day we called to ask what happened and still no apology or explanation! Technician finally came and were told we would receive an estimate the next day. We waited until the next week and still did not receive any estimate until I had to call several times to ask repeatedly for a quote! They also never gave me the estimate we asked for (combined heating/cooling unit, they only gave an estimate for cooling)! The lady at the front desk always seemed like it was such an inconvenience for me to call to see if an estimate was ready.
There are plenty of other places to take your business. I've since contacted two other very courteous and professional HVAC companies - would highly recommend Ocean State Air or CMA.

My AC unit would not cool. I looked up Bryant AC authorized dealers and called 4 companies. Each time it was the same story. We can't get to you for 2 weeks. Or, he'll return the call (which they never did), Or we'll put you on our waiting list. Finally, after several days of waiting for others, I called Air Synergy late in the afternoon. What a difference. They answered the phone!!! They were courteous and cheery. They said that they could probably get to me the next day. That they would call late morning--which they did! They said that the tech could be to me in 20 minutes. They called back shortly thereafter to say that he would be a little longer and that they would call again. They called about 30 minutes later and he would be to me soon. He was waiting when I got to home 20 minutes later. Abraham their tech quickly determined what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. He checked everything and even cleaned the unit. The price was very fair. They kept me very well informed (3 phone calls) and were true to their word.
While this was the first time I needed service for either of my 2 systems, the next time I need something I will be sure to call Air Synergy again.
