    We’ve been using Regan at our site for a couple years now. Always great service. The technician usually assigned here Joe Resende always shows up on time and performs high quality work. He goes above and beyond to meet our needs and has helped us greatly with full installs and repairs throughout the property. Highly recommend using Regan for any hvac needs.

    Their techs are great, but their scheduling is terrible. Had an apt for mid afternoon Monday, and got a call at 345 saying it coul be as late as 6pm. Cancelled that, and was given first apt for Wed. 8-830. Got a call at 815 saying running one hour late. They came at 1230. We have been long time customers, and have spent a lot of $ with this company (had new furnace and Central air installed) I wouldn't use them if you're taking time out of work for apt. May not use them again, even though we have a service contract.

    Terrible HVAC company!!! Dealt with them for multiple commercial and residential projects over the past year. Never again. Horrible experience. Bunch of liars from the top (Matt Regan) to the bottom. Way overpriced and the work is terrible. Got quotes nearly half the price yet I still went with them because I thought they were good. Big mistake. Been lied to on every project that I’ve had with them over the past year. While every installation or service call has been horrendous and time consuming. Much better HVAC companies out there who actually treat their customers with respect and courtesy. And you won’t pay double the amount for shoddy work.

    I guess 1 star is the lowest as I am unable to post this review with no stars even though that is the rating I would prefer to give.

    I scheduled a service call from 2-4 on Friday the 19th. My wife had to take a half day off from work. They showed up at 6:30 (My wife could have worked a full day and still made it home in time). They couldn't do the repair but said they would e-mail us the quote on Monday (the service call cost us over $100). No E-mail on Monday. I called them on Tuesday and no one knew what I was talking about. I was transferred around until I reached a voice mail. I left a message. I Received 2 calls on Wed. 1 from a subcontractor plumber (Ben Franklin Pluming?) and one from Regan. I called the plumber back and he did not have the information to provide me but said he could e-mail it to me. This morning (Thursday the 25th) I finally got an email quote.

    In addition to this repair I also am in need of a new central air conditioner. I had a scheduled appointment to have someone from Regan give us a sales quote, but after this level of ineptness I will be going with someone else. Anyone else.

    I wish that zero stars was an option. We had an $8000+ Mitsubishi unit installed less than a year ago. Since it was installed we have had a very annoying intermittent clicking sound. We have been unable to get anyone to come out to service the unit. The women that answer the phones to make appointments are extremely rude and unwilling to help. My guess is that they are trying to push us off until after the warranty on the unit has expired so then they will be able to charge us for service. Has I known this company provided such awful service we would have chosen another company for our heating and air conditioning needs.

    I can't say enough good things about them. In 2016 our old gas heating system died. I was taking care of my late father at the time...he was 90 then. It was early November and cold. Regan immediately sent out a team and they put in a new combi heating system. They worked fast, and our house has been much warmer than it ever was with the new system. My father was frail and they were so kind to put us at the top of the list. Great work and great people!

    My ac died during a major heat wave. They were responsive, professional, thorough, helpful and very pleasant. My technician explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I was familiar w/ procedures should I ever have issues. Can't say enough nice things about him.

    Initially I was very happy with the installation of my heating and air conditioning system. Sadly it was just a good façade.

    Recently the thermostat that Regan installed failed. Not a big deal to replace, and I'm quite capable of doing it myself. Here's where the fun started...

    The furnace that they installed was an expensive 2 stage, 95% efficient American Standard model. The thermostat was also a 2 stage model (Honeywell). Upon removing the thermostat from the wall, I found that the wire only had 4 conductors rather than the 5 or 6 required for a 2 stage thermostat. Hmmmmm.

    Moving to the furnace end of things, I discovered that rather than install the correct thermostat wire, Regan's installers had simply used the wire for my old single stage system and jumpered stages 1 and 2 together at the furnace control board. Seriously?

    So it turns out that the nice 2 stage system that I thought I had was actually operating in single stage mode for the last 8 years. All because Regan's installers were too lazy to run approximately 25 feet of new thermostat wire to do the job properly.

    2 days later and I am still waiting for a call back regarding this. Having seen the sheer laziness / incompetence (maybe both) of this installation, I would not use Regan to install a light bulb never mind HVAC systems.

    Regan installed our central unit a few years ago and we have never been happier. This summer they came and did routine service. They were on time and professional. Can't say enough on their timely service especially on these hot humid days.

    Woke up this morning with no heat. Called Regan One Hour and they had a technician at the house within one hour. Frank, the technician, provided great service and had our heat back on right away. I highly recommend Regan.
