Never got back to me after I filled out the Contact Us form on their website. Nice website, they seem to know what they are doing, but when I followed up on the contact form mystery by calling them, they were really unhelpful and kind of gave me the cold shoulder (pun intended). Maybe I got someone having a bad day, and maybe they are really good.... but I'm no longer interested in their services.

Worst HVAC company! Whether it’s residential or commercial, they’re terrible. There is a reason that they get 2 or 3 stars on most review sites. Overpriced and terrible work. Multiple HVAC companies in Rhode Island are better than Regan.

I had a water leak on a Sunday from my furnace and they came right out within an hour to repair it. I was expecting the repair to be very expensive because it was a Sunday, but the price was VERY fair and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

these guys were awesome came to my house one hour and 25 minutes after contacting them and after troubleshooting the problem were able to get a replacement part for my very old furnace at a very reasonable price cannot thank you enough for fixing my heat and making sure we were up and running highly recommended
