Hai was punctual and very professional. He showed respect for my home by always wearing shoe coverings upon entry. He explained what the problem was and provided several options to either repair or replace and did not pressure me to purchase anything. He is also a very personable individual.

Joe diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected it right away - saving me money. This is the second time I've called on One Hour Heating (once for my heater) and I've been very pleased with their service both times.

CJ and Paul were fabulous. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Explained our options thoroughly. CJ went over and above to get our new heater installed the same day. Highly recommend this company because they employ great technicians and installers.

STAY AWAY in my opinion. Salesmen walked in and said they were the best, so they were not cheap. I asked for 3 options. His first option was 20,000.00 i laughed. Talked him down thousands to were it should have been. Then his boss said if i dont go for that option, not to even give me the other 2 options and just leave if i dont go for it. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. I felt bad for the salesmen. It cost him a sale because i was probably going to go with option 1. Im so glad I didn't. My option is to STAY AWAY.

This was my first time using this company and to be honest, it won't be the last. My appointment was booked easily, I received a call prior to the service date and then received a call that the technician was on his way. Eric V was on time (a few minutes early actually) and went through with me what he thinks the issue is. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Once it was complete, Eric asked me a few times if I had any further questions, which I did not. He was friendly, professional and really seemed to enjoy his job. I will absolutely be going through One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my needs!! Thanks so much!!
