Phil came out to my home within 20 minutes of my call. He promptly found the problem with my hvac unit, explained the issue to me, and fixed the unit. Super professional. Will definitely call again.

This company provides high quality service at reasonable prices. Phil and his crew professionally installed top level heating/AC equipment in my home, which came out super nice and working well (it's been 4 months). When a couple of items popped up that needed addressing after installation, Phil responded immediately and addressed within a day. I am very pleased with their work/how they treat customers and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent install and customization for a replacement Furnace and AC system. Paul and Markos were very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too.The install of digital thermostat was included along with a humidifier. Other contractors told me it would be impossible to install humidifier with my space restrictions but Paul made it happen. I highly recommend Tri-Elite services.

Tri Elite Advisors is an exceptional company. I had an issue with freezing AC coils and Phil took his time and talked me through possible issues then ultimately came to test my AC unit the same day I called. He was able to diagnosis the issue within minutes and resolved the leak quickly and efficiently. Phil demonstrated vast HVAC knowledge and great skill set. He also educated me on the type of system I have and what good maintenance looks like. Overall, an amazing experience and I world definitely use Tri Elite Advisors for any other HVAC issues.

I have a relatively new (3 years old) oversized furnace installed by another company. It overheats frequently and most other companies responded that replacement is the only option.

Phil came out less than an hour after speaking to him, did a very thorough diagnosis of the temperatures and static pressures and offered a wealth of options that would salvage the install of the oversized furnace. His free diagnostic of the system was much more comprehensive than paid diagnostics offered by other companies, and it is clear that he has an excellent mastery of HVAC systems.
