Tech (Eric) did a wonderful job. Very respectable, nice and walked us through each part of the discovery and repair. Everything working like new when Eric left our home.

We have used Calverts One Hour for years . Their tech Eric has been to our home before. He is very professional, and respectful. This time he took the extra steps to make sure we were satisfied.

I received a call 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very professional, positive, and friendly. I had a question about the oil gauge on the tank, and he looked at it immediately and gave me a quote for a part and install. Didn’t mind all the questions from my kid either! :) Great service. Loved the positive, happy, helpful attitude.

CJ was very honest and professional. He explained in great detail the issue with our air conditioner. He also explained all of our options including cost estimates. As a result we elected to have the entire system replaced. Will leave future ratings once the process has been completed.

Awesome company! They came and diagnosed my issue on the same day that I called. I ended up getting a replacement on my Furnace & Air Conditioning Units with them. All the men that came to my house to do the work had great customer service skills. They were informative and great at their jobs! Craig was first to arrive and last to leave after our replacements. He went the extra mile to make sure we knew how to keep our new Heating & Air Conditioning units in order. I definitely recommend this company!

I’ve hired One Hour Heating twice now and both times I have been very happy with them! Whether they’re installing or repairing, they always do an amazing job at problem solving, they explain to me what’s going on, and they make sure to point out any potential issues I may have in the future and what to do should they occur. I’m always irritated by how horrible customer service is in the Dover area, but this company has been amazing. From my first call to the dispatcher, to the arrival of the HVAC tech. They’re great, I definitely recommend.

Josh, the service technician, was timely, polite, and professional! He got my furnace operating safely again in less than an hour and was able to assist me renewing my service contract and getting a service contract set up for one of my rental properties.
