The technician was Jason Morgan and he was GREAT! He took the time to troubleshoot the leak issue which involved fixtures in both 2nd and 3rd floor showers. He found the compatible fixtures…went to get them, returned, did the work, corked and cleaned up. No more leaks. My parents and I are very pleased. We will add Climate Partners to our speed dial.

Todd Casey, the owner, reached out soon after I posted my review and was diligent in restoring confidence in his services. As always, the technician was knowledgeable and polite.

I've been using Casey's for over four years now. Their service guys have always been very knowledgeable and very professional.
I wouldn't join their "Total Care Club" if I were you though. They sell you on priority service, guaranteed response time and free yearly checkups for your A/C and Heating system - I paid $500. What sold me on it was the fact that they would contact you to schedule. Lo and behold, two years in to my service they have yet to contact me to schedule. Better yet, the three times that I have called to schedule they failed to show up and they never called back to reschedule. It's a total bait and switch if you ask me. I'm not sure what changed but I chalk it up to a loss and I will be finding a more professional service provider. Good luck to you all this winter...

Plumbing. Checked all faucets. Fixed leaky faucet in bathroom. Check hot water heater. Jason was personable and professional explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable.

Climate Partners is a VERY reputable business! They have come through on numerous occasions for our aging furnace! Every time giving the utmost professionalism from the initial call to the technician doing the actual repairs. I can’t say enough about these guys!

The repair man was very courteous, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. He was patient and answered all my questions and left without leaving a mess.

Hired this company through Home Depot for AC install and from the start it was a problem. The day the tech was scheduled to come he cancels on me last minute, saying it was a scheduling mix up. Finally on the reschedule he comes and gives me a price and we schedule a day for install of my new AC unit. I Confirm with them several days before of the day and time of install appointment. Day of appointment, no one shows and no contact until I reached out to them. All for them tell me it was another scheduling mix up and after I took off work and moved things around in my daily schedule, they tell me “can we do it the next day.” Called the office to cancel entire order and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Made it sound like the mix up was my fault after trying to give me a bunch of small discounts on other services they provide for my inconvenience. This company is unprofessional and unreliable…

David Hill was very friendly, efficient and he went over and beyond his job. I truly appreciate that. He also answered all my questions. David is very knowledgeable about my unit.

We made a great call by going with CP, they were professional, honest, and upfront about our Daikin AC install…they showed up on time and were professionals! Highly recommend.
