Garrett, Kyle and their team of professionals recently completed my central air installation which required extensive ductwork in my basement and attic (as I have radiator heat). I cannot say ENOUGH regarding how pleased and happy I am regarding the process and completion of their job. They did everything in their power to accommodate my needs/requests. Everyone involved in the process demonstrated expertise and great competence in what I consider to be an extensive job. I half expected that my home would be in disarray during the course of the job (as I had been told by friends, that I would have quite the mess). This was NOT the case at ALL— at the end of each day if the job, it was like they were never here, no dust or debris left behind. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and polite. I had ABSOLUTELY NO reservations about having them in my home when I couldn’t be there. Garrett and Chrissy were extremely responsive regarding any questions I had. Again, I just can’t say ENOUGH about this team of professionals!!!

Kyle, Garrett, and the whole crew are easily the one company that I would refer and/or recommend 100% of the time, without any hesitation. They converted two of my properties to gas, installed high efficiency furnaces with all new ductwork in both, water heater, and also topped them off with central air. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship far surpasses the competition.

I woke up to a freezing cold house (during the coldest week of the year) and shortly thereafter was informed that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked beyond repair. Upon the referral of the precious homeowner I called Innovative Heating & Cooling and they sent a technician out within the hour to further assess. I received a quote for furnace replacement options the next morning and upon signing the estimate, had a new furnace ordered, installed and running less than 48hrs later. Kyle came and replaced my old inefficient furnace with a 96% efficiency furnace as well as installed all new venting and hoses to accommodate. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He even took a look at my hot water heater prior to leaving and discovered a small leak which he tried to repair. Since he didn’t have the part, he stopped by the house the next morning to replace the defective pump with a brand new one. Crissy from the office was also amazing and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process keeping me informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Kyle, Garrett and crissy and the team at innovative heating and cooling did an outstanding job with swapping out my old 1996 unit to a brand new American standard unit. The guys came on time, they were clean, and they got the job done quick! There work is flawless I would recommend them for all of your needs service, install, and diagnostic work! Thanks again guys!

We recently had Innovative do our central air. We are in a 1940 cape with limited attic space and Garrett, Kyle and their team did such an amazing job! They were so professional, respectful, prompt and reliable! Not to mention their price was far more reasonable than other estimates we had received! They are the complete package - well priced and so dedicated to doing the job well! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of work!

The team at Innovative were able to install new central air in our 1920s home. We lost no space (which is unheard of for older homes!) thanks to their idea to use two separate systems for the first and second floor. The guys that worked on the house were incredibly professional, respectful, clean, and performed their work quicker than I thought possible. We love our new system and I'm always amazed at how good the work came out.

This company is not your regular HVAC company. I had a problem with my water heater. It was pretty old so I thought well I guess it’s time to get a new one. I called and it was a Saturday, I thought they would schedule me for Monday and I knew he was going to have to install a new one. Well on Saturday at 6 PM Kyle one of the owners came to fix it. And he did. I was amazed....It was reasonably priced it was amazingly quick. And he said I’ll probably get a couple years out of this one still. Since they were so efficient I used them on a renovation that I was doing for all of the HVAC services. Garrett one of the other owners came himself and designed my system. Their crew was amazing When they came to install it and Garrett himself came on a Friday night to fire it up for the first time because it was getting really cold.
This is one company that you’re going to want to save their number. Absolutely stellar in service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We first met Garrett in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Our air handler in the attic was exactly where we needed a support beam to be installed for a wall removal. Garrett came out at 8pm at night (when we discovered the issue) to meet the contractor to see what we could do about moving it. Our central air was already on borrowed time but we hoped to have it hobble along for another year with the other big expenses we were already into. Garrett was willing to work with us to move the old unit but while he was there we asked for an estimate to do a completely new system. He sent us a quote at 930 that very night with two options for us to think about - both extremely reasonable...THE SAME NIGHT! In a time where you have to beg people to come out for quotes and then wait so long to receive this was our second indication (first being that he came out to the house at night to see what he could do to not delay construction for us) that he was someone we wanted to do business with. This of course was also during the coldest blast of last winter (mid December) and squeezed us in within two days to get the air handler dismantled and removed. We signed on with him to do the new system in the spring. First install date was a few weeks after the ramp up of COVID and he asked us if we felt comfortable or wanted to move it out a bit. Being it was only March, we talked and decided best for everyone to wait until May. He had zero issue with this. Most companies would’ve said this is your time slot sorry otherwise we will fit you in when we can (understandable, also). Garrett and his crew came last Friday. Showed up when they said they would, drop cloths down to protect floors and all utmost professionals. They were thrown a curveball when they got into the attic and realized the electricians during the remodel mangled our duct work. Garrett, ever the professional, remained completely calm and we discussed the solutions. Obviously this meant they had to go get much more material than anticipated. We thought this may have meant it would be an extended install, but they never stopped working and hustled through in order to have us up and running same day. Cleaned up their drop cloths and swept the floor like no one had even done work in the house that day. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them and plan to use them in the (hopefully not to near) future for the aging heating system. Thank you guys!!
