Modern was so easy to work with! We got an estimate from them in October for new AC unit installation. Ian, who came to give us an estimate, was thorough in his explanation of what work would need to be done to replace our old system. He was incredibly responsive when we reached out last month to book a date for the replacement. Our initial contract was promptly updated, the office took our payment with no issues, and our time slot was chosen. Chris arrived with his team and got straight to work. He was respectful and kind - always made himself available for questions. The work took roughly 5 to 6 hours but everything was set up nicely for us, they cleaned up before they left, and nothing they did was disruptive to our work day. He gave us a quick walkthrough of our new thermostat and explained how to best maintain our new system. We highly recommend working with Modern for any HVAC needs. In fact, when we're ready to update our ducts, I know we'll be giving their team a ring.

I called on the hopes to get someone within in the week the day before the Fourth of July. I was lucky to get an appointment where Mike came within the time window and was quick and honest. I was able to then get my AC fixed the day after the holiday. Again, quick and on time. I have used Modern for. Few years now and very happy!
