Excellent company- installed complete central air system 6-7 years ago and its been running flawlessly since. Had a yearly maintenance and they caught a small problem, showed me the issue, explain it and replaced the parts. Best part is price was very reasonable and entire system was rechecked. Every tech has been a real pro.

We have worked with CT Air Systems for the past 3 years. It helps a lot to have such a good partner. Our heater went out and they were out to inspect it the next day. After 23 years, it was time for a replacement. It was cold enough in our home that we needed the work done quickly. They worked with us to find time for installation the same day. I researched cost and they quoted us a very fair price. They did so knowing what a tough spot we were in. I can’t recommend CT Air Systems enough.

My wife and I have worked with CT Air Systems over the last 3 years and had great experience with them. So when we decided it was time to install a new condenser for our central air system and a mini split duct for the 2nd floor of our home - our biggest HVAC project to date - we decided to go with CT Air Systems. Had to replace my old hot water heater. They were here in less than 30 min on a Tuesday morning. Real pros! Installed it quickly, stayed til they knew everything was A-OK and were very courteous. Also very reasonable. 5 stars for sure!

I had CT Air Systems install a new central AC system in our home about 7 years ago. The owner himself came out for the initial quote. Work was done without issue and the 2-speed Bryant system has been excellent. Have had them back once per year for service, no issues.

Recently I converted from oil to gas. After speaking with a few companies Connecticut Air Systems was highly recommended to me. Tony stopped by to give me a quote and my mind was settled. The installation of intake & exhaust pipes, the furnace and humidifier is impeccable. Their attention to detail and appearance is amazing. I am a delighted consumer and recommend CT Air Systems without hesitation!

Our furnace stopped heating during the coldest time of last winter. The technicians worked tirelessly to find the right "board" needed for the operation of the furnace. The furnace is older and not installed by them!

We were just so impressed with their customer service, the kindness and professionalism of their technicians and determination to make the furnace work properly!

Again, over a week ago, we had a technician here, Adam, for routine GHM maintenance. He is a great guy, so knowledgeable and proud of who he works for CAS!!

Tony, Amy, Maria and the rest of the staff are amazing, they came out diagnosed our problem and within a few We had a new condenser installed at a very fair price, The installers and technicians are all very professional and do a very good clean up when completed, I highly recommend them.

Good for installation but horrible for after service. Refuse to give service appointments after 4pm or on weekends. Refuse to give time other than in 3 or 4 hour blocks i.e 8 to 12 or 1 to 4. No use for people who have jobs to be at --a company attitude is 'take a day off' to wait for the technician! Really poor approach to customers. Expensive and not worth it if you need after sales service or yearly maintenance (and who doesn't need after sales servicing for aircon units?)

Ct Air did an excellent job installing a mini split system in my office. They were on time, clean and professional the system works great! Thank You!
