I have been using M&R for over 20 years in my home and rental/business properties. They are always there when you need them and their work is top notch.

M & R is a company that provides good customer service. This company was referred to me by a friend that uses them. I am glad I choose them!!

First time using M&R and after calling to inquire about service since my AC until wasn’t pumping out cold air, they were able to send someone out the following morning to repair the unit. The person was on time and had it fixed within an hour. Compared to a few other places I called to come out, M&R had the best hourly rate by far! Will continue to use them going forward.

Great company for HVAC services. They replaced an aging system with a new Rheem furnace earlier this year in my apartment and adjusted the distribution so I finally get heat evenly in all rooms.

Update: Owner reached out to me after I posted the below review. We discussed aspects of those details, which we agreed was a less than optimal service provided for my A/C issues. He agreed to rebate me about 45% of 2022 charges, which was a reasonable & equitable outcome & indicative of mgmt. that truly is concerned about providing /maintaining a solid reputation for quality services rendered.

Called them last year & this year, as A/C was not blowing cold air each time. Without informing me they in 2021 put R-407C refrigerant into a 19yr old R-22 system w/ no oil change / blending or conversion. Charged me $1500. This year system was low on refrigerant again so on Jul 13 they topped it up w/ 6lbs of 407C & some stop leak & charged me $1000. System cooled for about 4-days. So $2500 later I have an A/C system that doesn’t work (naturally, during a heat wave) & when I called them back to relay this all the receptionist, Alicia, I think, had to say was it would be several days before they could get someone back out to me & they would again be charging me full-price for yet another service call. All I can say is buyer beware!

Great bunch of people to deal with from the front office to the technicians. Highly recommended for water heater purchase and installation. Very reasonable prices as well. Going to use them for Air Conditioning as well. They serviced my AC, arrived on time, fixed the problem, added Freon, and I highly recommend them for this as well as water heaters. Can't go wrong with M&R on the job for you!!!
