I had Onofreo HCS install a new Hydro-air system last year to replace my 35 year old system that kept giving me trouble - Mark, his office staff, and his techs were prompt, professional, and clean. Mark showed up to do his estimate, I got the proposal signed, they pulled the permit, dropped off a check, and in three days I had a brand new system installed. I knew what was going on every step. The install looks great and they provided free cleaning and tune up service afterward. I have also referred my mom to them and she was thrilled with the service. I would highly recommend anyone who needs maintenance or a new system to Onofreo HCS.

Last year my oil tank was leaking, it would have cost over $4k just to replace the tank. I decided to look into converting to natural gas. Onofreo did a great job reviewing my system, installing a 96.5% efficient furnace (there's even one with a higher rating) and a tankless water heater. Both items have been very energy efficient and saved me money. The Onofreo front office was also great about walking me through all the paperwork and financing. Additionally, the City Inspector came by while the furnace was being installed and afterward and declared that Onofreo had done an excellent job--just what a homeowner wants to hear. After half a dozen other contractors came to the house and gave ridiculously unreasonable price quotes. Onofreo walked in, knew exactly what was needed and quoted me a price that was so good that I didn't bother haggling with them. The Onoforeo crew came out and did one of the cleanest, tightest looking installs I've ever seen. So glad to have met these guys. You can take your chances sifting through all the other contractors out there, or you can just go with Onofreo and avoid the hassle and expense.

I spent 6 weeks trying to get a quote from every single big name in the industry, and im still waiting on a call back. Until I found these guys. Not only was i able to have onofreo give me a quote, but walk me through the process of installation, finance, and all other issues as it pertains to my energy conversion project.

So I went with them, and they made quick work on the project. Shoot, they even moved my furniture, and that wasn't the job. Quick on service response and / or what I like to call, a technical talk down.

We chose Onofreo to install our new combi-boiler and ductless AC. They were professional, friendly, and always available to answer our many questions throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend them without hesitation. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and professional company, you couldn't do better than Onofreo.

This was my second service call for different issues, one with furnace and the other for my AC in the past 3 years.
The problem was resolved quickly each time.
I originally ( 3 yrs ago) called another company and after a several service calls for my AC I still had no AC. I thought I needed a new system . I tried Onofreo and they repaired my system quickly and it’s been working for last 3 years.

From Ted, the salesman and designer of system, to Richie and Damion, the installers, Kelly in the Office, we got only truly professionals here. They came on time, were clean, Cleaned up daily, to polite. We have our new go to for AC service. They also helped walk me through the financing process and rebates. 5 stars all the way.

So far I've been very pleased. We had our central air system replaced last fall since our blower stopped working and it was needed in order heat and cool our home. The new unit is super quiet compared to the old one and seems way more efficient. Very pleased!

We did a major renovation to a house which needed full HVAC replacement. Mark and the team - from the front office to Jack our expert installer - a first class operation.

I don't do reviews, but felt this time warranted it. Mark sat with me and together we figured out how to replaced three older units with two new ones including Heat Pumps and NG Furnace back ups and save 30% over competitors and this was with top line equipment.

The team at the house was responsive, friendly and extremely professional. More importantly they were conscientious. Keeping their work neat and at a high standard.

I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. There are a lot of HVAC companies out there - Onofreo is one of the best!

As far as I am concerned I would do it all again with them - they are simply trustworthy.
