Mike and his fantastic team installed a new air conditioning at my home and removed the outdated system. They were beyond professional and kept me well informed all the way through. The new system works wonderfully and I'm excited that its going to lower my electric bill each month.

Michael and Matt at Chickos Energy Services are amazing. Everyone I have had the pleasure to speak with has been helpful, patient, and professional! They replaced my oil tanks today and it looks better than when we got there. They worked fast, efficiently, and made sure I was happy before they left. They even swept my basement and my garage where there was debris from the work without me asking. The quote we got was very competitive and honest for the work we received. I have now switched to using Chickos Energy Services for my oil delivery and AC repair/maintenance. Great local, family company!!

This is the best company to do business with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable at what they do, their Customer Service is second to none going above and beyond for their customers. They are the real deal!! After being completely ghosted by another company who was supposed to replace my furnace, Chickos stepped in and saved the day getting my furnace financed and replaced in record time. The other company left me high and dry with a leaking boiler but Chickos made fixing my issue a priority. I couldn't believe my luck in finding them. Need to Service your furnace? Call them!! Need to replace your heating and cooling systems? Call them! You will NOT be disappointed!! The BEST company ever!!

Received awful service from chickos energy last time they came. The first time was fine, I had them replace the boiler and they were professional.

The second time they came and for my AC I received a totally different attitude from them. He muttered unnecessary and disrespectful comments about my home under his breath when he thought we didn’t hear. All this because he didn’t want to hAve to go far to get to the backyard.

He provided no help on the matter and offered an extremely high price compared to someone else I know. His tone and demeanor changed immediately after we said we didn’t want him to proceed with anything and acted as though we wasted his time when I still paid him for what he did so far and seemed to forgot that I paid him 5Gs earlier this year.

When you came the first time one of your technicians said its a hard business because not everyone has the money to replace whole units. So im surprised by this behavior considering that.

Get your act together because this is why you’re struggling.

Update: I used this company again because my first experience was so good. They surpassed my first experience! I got a whole new HVAC system. Mike gave me the estimates, often responding on the weekends. Ashley helped me apply for financing through ESmart loans. I could not have done this without them. All nice people, too. A++./Quick response time. Came when they said they would. Friendly and polite. Gave me an estimate and insurance documents. Price paid was price quoted. Polite and quiet staff who cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

Last night around 1am I realized we ran out of oil, on a 6 degree night with 15 below wind chills. All I could say is that CHICKOS OIL in Milford is absolutely incredible. They had oil out to us an hour after I called, and I had the owner of the company at my door once they were done filling it up to make sure my equipment turned on. We are beyond thankful, impressed and with their responsiveness and customer service. We are now lifelong customers. HIGHLY recommended

Gave me a hard time about coming out for tenant with no heal on 20 degree night. Stated that tenant had not purchased oil recently and demanded to know who they were buying oil from. I have no control over who tenant bought oil from last, and did not feel like arguing so I just called another company.

5pm - I go to grab something in my basement, I see water everywhere.
530 - I call Chickos
6 - They come to see what's wrong (my water heater suddenly said goodnight)
7pm They're back with a water heater
845 - Got out of a hot shower
