Great experience from end to end. Our salesman Ken was very thorough, he listened carefully to our concerns and recommended several options. We went with a basic American Standard unit for our replacement. The crew led by Conor showed up on time. They laid down drop clothes, worked efficiently to remove the old handler from our tight attic and then replaced both components. They tested everything out and left us with a cool home once again!

My tech HUNTER W. was incredible! He was super professional, on time, and knew what he was doing. He came on Fourth of July to diagnose a blown A/C motor and was back with new parts within 24hours to get everything working like new again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services.

From the first phone call i had with Melissa i was convinced that this company was genuine, professional, and experts in their field. The communication leading up to the appointment was clear and consistent. On the day of the appointment the phone call with our technician Cam M. was professional and pleasant. Upon his arrival he was gregarious, kind, patient and above all else CLEARLY AN EXPERT! I also really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through the system, explained everything, educated me, and gave anticipatory guidance for what to expect and changes to be made in the future, and gave recommendations for equipment and efficiency. This was one of the top customer service experiences i have ever had and i am thankful. I will continue to use Climate Partners with Cam specifically and recommend them to others. I have used Climate Partners for the last six years but I have decided not to use them any longer. The quality of their work has been solid but they recently overcharged me for a faucet repair job, approx $2,000 just to change an outside faucet and add two shut-off valves. I naively agreed to their pricing as I was working from home and busy with meetings while the work was being done, and did not think much about it. However, upon reflection about the amount of time it took the technician and the cost of the parts involved, the charge was outrageously high. While they have since informed me they do not charge by the hour, the backwards calculation would have been $500-600/hr. I reached out to the firm to try to resolve my concern but they were not interested in trying to justify what they charge. Ultimately, I should not have agreed to their pricing. But, I did, and recommend that anyone else thinking about using their services think hard about the value proposition of plumping repairs. There are others who will charge you a more reasonable rate.

Im not sure how this company made it so far, but i can take a guess that it had something to do with scamming people. I was charged $238 just for the tech guy to change a filter on my hvac, which i could of did myself. I requested a full maintenance work and it was not done. I will never used these ppl again, nor should you.

Jason was quick, efficient, and extremely professional. We had a slight plumbing emergency and he came right in, assessed the situation and quickly fixed the issue. We also had a great conversation about pianos and rock bands. Overall, a great experience with service, from Melissa's quick follow up upon requesting a quote to Jason's thorough plumbing skills. We're so happy to have called Climate Partners!

Plumbing repair on a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink. Aaron , a technician from Climate Partners was excellent; knowledgeable, courteous, and demonstrated perseverance in solving a plumbing issue. Man deserved a 10 rating. Will recommend and call for plumbing in the future

Aaron was excellent. He did a great job fixing some plumbing issues and outdoor spigot. On time, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Switched out a broken sprinkler pipe and a leaking valve. Jason was very professional and and quickly fixed both pipes and valves. I would definitely use them again in the future.
