Climate Partners

So far the actual hands-on work I have received from this company has been from the plumber Jose. He could not have been more professional. He was very friendly and kind and considerate, didn’t rush me through anything I had to say and took my concerns seriously . As a customer and multiple dwelling homeowner that means everything!
Of course his workmanship was very well done as he took every precaution to make sure the work he did would not create other issues.
A listening ear and a kind word coupled with a well mannered professional person will keep me coming back and referring out.
If they were more stars to give I would give them out to Jose the plumber!
The actual rough install was done by 3 very nice young men, sorry I only remember 2 names, Ben Bork and Juan . They worked their tails off in horrible heat 2 full days! And were most respectful to me and other contractors working on the site at the same time .
Very conscientious young men , never complained and even my other contractors were impressed.
They will be back to complete the job once the plumber and electrician do their parts and I couldn’t be more pleased !
This is an update. While everything above and previously written is true, I would be very cautious dealing with this company. In particular the project manager. Demeaning and not at all cooperative and billing my credit card half at the start (even though it was over 2 months later to begin which was my choice but still...) and then billing my credit card the other half 2 months before completion !
The vent installation on the roof was not attached at all, just floating and leaking! Good thing my plumber informed me! They did fix it but not for 2 days and after it rained again! There is so much more but this would be a book. The people in the office I called & complained to were very nice but condescending. They tell you exactly what you want to HEAR. I feel bad for them. I can only imagine the office conversation after they get off the phone with disgruntled customers.
My advise is to not deal with this company since everything goes through their project manager who when I had legitimate questions & concerns told me “this is what we get when we deal with homeowners and not general contractors!”
That was the straw that broke the camels back. So if you are not a general contractor and only a dumb “homeowner” then run away from this company.
I did however receive 3 thank you cards from the owner and a $25 credit towards future work from them. No thank you very much.

We have used Climate Partners for a few years. They are extremely reliable and professional. Their service is outstanding and Tony is the best technician. He is knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. Can't say enough of how confident and satisfied we are with them.

If you were to ask anyone who knows me they would tell you that I am a perfectionist. That is why we will not use anyone nor allow anyone to perform work in our home other then Climate Partners. (Needless to say we have had some negative experience with other local companies in our area). I could not be more pleased with all of the work that has been completed. Climate Partners is a company that delivers professional service at a very reasonable price.

As someone who is very meticulous I am very happy with the great job done by the crew. Todd and his technicians spent lots of time explaining how the heating and cooling system works and how to keep system efficient, it is rare to find this now a days. The air flow through the vent has improved dramatically, it even reaches the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I give the company and their employees 10 stars.

Needed to have a Toe Kick Hester installed for a renovation project, made the call to Jon P., he came out and within 24 hours had the unit installed to keep the project on schedule. Price was fair and install tech was very courteous and neat. Would definitely use Climate Partners again!!

Professional and timely installation. High quality equipment. Installers showed up on time and did a good overall job with the install. Two minor comments, 1) salesperson said he be stopping by during the day of install which didn't and happen and 2) ceiling was accidently damaged by the installers during the install. Response was quick in getting someone (a different contractor) out to evaluate the damage and schedule a repair - disappointed that no one from Climate Controls followed up after the install to see if the damage had been repaired and see if I was satisfied with the work.

Tony, and everyone else I dealt with at Climate Partners was amazing! They told me my options up front. Gave me fair pricing, and even offered additional tips for maintaining my HVAC. Who knew air filters were so important? THEY ARE! I can't say enough about how amazing the service and final product were. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Joe and Adam installed a Mitsubishi ductless system. They arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally. They made a special effort to protect carpeted areas of our house. They were courteous and friendly. They clearly and patiently answered our questions. Climate Partners was well represented by them. We are very impressed with Climate Partners and will recommend them to our friends.

All around, the best company to install, service my heating and cooling system. They not only did a great job converting my home to gas for heating and cooling, as well as major ventilation upgrades, but provide quality service, at fair prices, and take the time to educate and develop great customer service. Would recommend to anyone I meet. thank you climate partners.

They told me that they will show up between noon and 3 pm, they didn't show up for tow days even after they extended the window to 6 pm, on the third day they showed up unannounced. I lost on work opportunities as I do food deliveries at lunch and dinner times, and they ended up charging me $52.00 after I refused their service on the third day. They wanted to charge me $1800 for a simple pressure test. I called and asked them to charge me by the hour, they said it doesn't matter how long the job takes, the charge will still be $1800.

I am a club member with Climate Partner. Larry called shortly before 10:00am and was over within minutes. He performed the maintenance on my furnace/A/C unit.
Once completed, he returned to report all the checks he made on my unit along with recommendations on some items. All in all Larry was extremely knowledgeable, polite and completed the service in a timely manner.
I am always pleased with the service and I would recommend Climate Partners.
