I am impressed with Climate Partners from the beginning to end. The individual who did the initial assessment and provided the quote was thorough and spent a good amount of time checking the current A/C equipment; explained the job in detail; and researched options before providing a quote - all within a few days. This in comparison to other companies who simply sized the A/C unit for the space and provided a ball park quote (at a much higher rate). I trusted the information Climate Partners provided and felt it was very fair. JOE and SPENCER did the installation and were superb - I highly recommend these skilled technicians and the company. I will definitely seek out Climate Partners for additional services!

Great Service! John was awesome to work with. He got Spencer over in less than two weeks of booking the service. Spencer was very professional and took his time making sure the job was done right. My ducts ate clean and going forward I will be using Climate Partners.

We were extremely satisfied with Climate Partners service when they replaced both our hot water heater and gas fired boiler. They delivered what they promised on time and budget. When deciding our options-their service manager looked at our existing system and gave us multiple ideas to fit our needs and was available to answer more questions as we decided our next move .The service techs that did both installations were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Climate for heating service.

1. Showed up without the equipment to do the job, though the job was very simple and clearly described while booking the appointment.
2. Described the $69.99 response fee as covering the assessment, which was changed to $400+ upon arrival.

Overall, they have a deceitful pricing strategy meant to trick people into using them for the job. Would not recommend at all.

Have used Climate for several years and had a maintenance contract with them which is up for renewal this August. For the most part the service has been fine, but I have not had any major issues since my equipment is only 8 years old. I had scheduled my spring AC maintenance back in April and it was rescheduled by Climate for June 16th. Just received a call saying that they needed to reschedule it for August. Really??? It will be time to service the heater at that point. I told them to forget it and and to not bother trying to renew my contract. I will contract with another company.

Jason Morgan came out to our home immediately to mitigate a very serious Plumbing Emergency.

Mike visited my home to inspect and provide me a quote to replace my furnace, coil and compressor. After installation of all equipment and guarantee of work performed, my home never reached below 71 degrees and A/C runs all day and night! I have called and notified the company in which Jon or the GM have yet to rectify the situation. It’s now going on two months and the company has been giving me the run around trying to get me to spend more money. I am a woman, and I feel that the company has taken advantage of me and my family given that they were paid in full! I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company as they’re unprofessional and can care less about their customers. Spend your money elsewhere.
