The service tech was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and what the charge would be. The repair was done very quickly. Also, the time was up an hour which was great! Thank you very much for great service!

Had an issue with my thermostat and AC wasn't working. Called James on a weekend and he had Andrew come over and install a new thermostat. Very professional and timely fix. Very happy with Impact Heating and cooling.

I recently had some problems with my gas furnace and called Impact Heating and Cooling. Jeff, the technician who responded to the call was excellent. He immediately began investigating the cause of the problem and while doing so checked out all operations of the furnace. He determined that the problem was a clogged drain, which he removed and cleaned. I mentioned that my humidifier, which is attached to the furnace, probably needed a new cylinder. He confirmed that and replaced the part. He also pointed out how I could keep the outside fan clean of dust and debris with a garden hose. Jeff is a good communicator and talked me through the steps he was taking in troubleshooting the varies parts of the furnace. If you need a heating technician, I can recommend Impact and Jeff to you. And, their prices are fair and reasonable.

Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough! He went out of his way to educate me on what was needed and why and what I could potentially wait on. The the final total was less than estimate, I was very impressed and will only use Impact Heating and Cooling in the future!

This service was for A/C maintenance. Eric was excellent—on time, polite, professional, efficient. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get but this crew knows their work, running a business and customer service.

Eric showed up at 4:30 pm for an emergency repair of furnace. Then he had to drive from Westminster to Denver for a part. After returning, it still needed work and the time was 8:30. He offered to go back to Denver that evening for another part, or get space heaters for us. We declined both options and said to just come back in morning to finish. We stayed warm enough even though the temp outside dropped to 20 degrees.

He showed up in morning after driving back to Denver (in rush hour traffic again) to get another part. Tricky furnace problem was fixed after several hours of work. Yes it was sort of expensive, but worth every penny for the labor and computer control panel. We are grateful for his, and the main office’s, dedication to a good work ethic.

Tyler was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly and systematically diagnosed our furnace which has been having issues for quite some time and other technicians that were unable or unwilling to take the time to check each component individually, which Tyler did. With that we were able to eliminate 2 parts which other techs have told us might be the issue as working fine, and narrow down the issue to 2-3 possibilities. He did not jump to the most expensive or try to sell us a new furnace (everyone else did). I think we may have finally figured out the issue we have been chasing for years. Thank you Tyler and thank you Impact. Highly recommend these guys!

Wayne is very competent. He got my ac running again within a few minutes then spent a little time checking the system out to make sure it was all working properly.

Isiah was amazing and was very friendly and honest for all of my HVAC concerns. I would definitely come back to this company for additional services. However, when they requested to have an electrician come out to verify the electrical existence, I was not aware I was going to be charged $110 just for them to come and do an inspection. No electrical work was completed but I was still required to pay for the electrician to come out to the house. Very bad way to do business on the electrical execution but HVAC portion was amazing. Thank you

Great service and technicians. We had another company try to scam us the day prior. Impact came out the next morning, got our parts replaced same day and at a reasonable price!
