My furnace was intermittently short cycling, had two techs come out to look at it, but they couldn't find anything wrong (and like any intermittent issue, it completely went away when one of the techs came by :) ). Since they couldn't find the cause, I was only charged the diagnostic fee (which was exactly the amount they told me up front), and they gave me a list of some repairs I could try myself. One of those ended up solving my problem (I replaced the control board myself, that seems to have solved it).

No attempts to sell me parts or fixes I didn't need, and they told me what fixes I could try myself to save money on the parts markup and labor. Didn't charge me for the second visit since my problem was ongoing and wasn't fixed the first time.

I will definitely be coming back if I have any issues in the future!

Andrew was my AC technician today. I was very appreciative of his technical expertise, personable and professional natures, and his commitments to provide quality and solutions appropriate for my needs, both for environmental (temperature home comfort) and for my finances.

He not only had to deal with a wasp nest in the receptacle box at the outside compressor, but also volunteered to return at the end of his shift to ensure everything was working well.

He not only cleaned the fan roller, which was filthy and reducing air flow, but also gave me options to consider to improve cooling. I look forward to his return for the next level of service and AC optimization once I have made my choice.

I schedule an appointment with Brittney was sent reminder appointment text. Meet with James of a Friday and had a new carrier furnace installed on Wednesday. On time installation quality work, professional and clean thanks to Dean and Jesus. James came out during the installation making sure things were going well and to answer any questions. Had a final inspection and meeting with James to make sure everything was working and that we
were happy.

AC stopped working on a Saturday during a heatwave. Impact had someone to my house within just a couple of hours. Kia identified that I gad a blown capacitor and fixed it same day. Very professional and knowledgeable.

He Explained things to me regarding what he was doing. Recommend things for me to do to help with keeping my AC unit functioning properly. Didn’t try to upswell items to pad the Invoice At the end explained the prices I would highly recommend impact heating and cooling. to as many friends as I can. The whole experience with Impact was great from start to finish. I originally called after hours just looking to leave a message as it was not an emergency. To my surprise, a manager answered the phone, took down all my info, and said someone would be in contact the following morning to tell me when they could be out to assist. I received a call the next morning and an appointment was set for the same day. Great! Our heat was out and it has been cold. Mike, our tech, arrived on time and was super professional. I explained to him the situation and he was quick to solve the issue. He documented everything and stuck around long enough to make sure our heat was on and going to stay on. 5 star service and much appreciated. Won’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional organization to help solve your heating and cooling issue.

Tyler was on time and efficient and was able to solve the problem quickly! He took the time to read the report from their last visit for repairs and came prepared with the replacement parts he thought would be needed, and he was correct!

Brittany worked to fit me in when they initially were booked for the day to fix our broken AC. With temps hitting 100 for several days in a row, this was a godsend. She went the extra mile to help us out.

Mike C was the tech and was prompt, notifying me when he was on the way, he was quick to diagnose the issue, had the part in stock and fixed it up. Also made several other recommendations for maintenance and better function. Very professional and friendly.

I don’t know how their price compares with others, but the customer service was wonderful, and when we were in dire need of a repair, Impact came through.

True professionals, honest, clean, quick repair and Impact heating and cooling is my go to furnace and a/c professional company. Also the receptionist was very courteous and helpful when I called for service. All around great experience durning a hot and bad time in our house. Thank you Andrew and his coworker!!!
