Wayne has been to my house twice now. He is al knowledgeable and thorough and caring. I truly enjoyed having him over to fix my unit. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and I couldn’t ask for a better technician. I told him hopefully I won’t see him again soon but if I Do I know I will be in good hands !

Tyler was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional and shared his great expertise regarding my furnace and air conditioner. Highest recommendation

I’m very happy with Impact Heating & Cooling! I’ve used them before and my first experience was great. I’m not handy at all so when my heat stopped working, I knew who to call. When I inquired about a service call, Jessica was quick to follow up and set up the appointment the next day. Nick Moden came within arrival window, he was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue. He explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. He also gave me a heads up about getting my AC equipment maintenance. I’ll be calling Impact in the spring!

My technician Mike was great. He was able to diagnose a shorted wire in the thermostat and run a new wire to get my AC up and running all in an hour’s time. I’d definitely recommend this company for fast and reliable services.

Service was good but not happy with the additional surprise service charge of $110.00 after being quoted $275.00 on the phone.

My 4th time calling Impact. All 4 times late, or holiday, or bad time emergency for me. All 4 times quick response, comforting feel, and complete repair. I Will only call Impact Heating Plumbing for anything at my house!

We have been using Impact for a few years now after a referral. We have always felt well taken care of, never felt taken advantage of but got good deals and we know their products and the work they do is top notch. We have used them every year for tune ups and Nick did an awesome job this year! He showed up with a mask (covid timing), kept covers on his shoes, and was extremely professional. We’ll continue using Impact!

Jessica went above and beyond to get a tech to our house as quickly as possible since our furnace went out. She was able to get Nick out within hours of taking my call. Nick showed up promptly and put on floor booties upon entering our home. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, Nick was able to assess the situation and repair the issue very quickly. I will recommend Impact Heating & Cooling to my friends and neighbors. Thanks guys!
