Jessica who helped me schedule my appointment went above and beyond help me get a tech to my home same day ASAP! Our tech Byron arrived on time and was very personalable and professional. He was knowledgeable of the issue and got straight to the repair with the required parts in his van! I highly recommend this company!

Our house is finally cool😎! Nicholas Moden saved us from the insufferable heat of our house. Being stuck inside with your whole family during COVID in a house with the AC not working isn't fun. Nick, our knight in shining armor, diagnosed the problem, explained the solution in plain English and fixed the issue, all in about an hour! Oh and he did not charge me an arm and a leg for his amazing service. He was polite, professional, and just generally awesome. He even showed me how our AC does its stuff and how he's fixing the problem step by step. I like to learn and he didn't mind teaching what he was doing. He knows his stuff! Great experience all around with Impact Heating and Cooling from the first call to the very end. Thank you for an awesome experience and fixing our problem.

Service representative was through and well versed in the system. Answered all questions with various options without being pushy. Backed up evaluation with pictures that was very helpful.

Mike was the technician who came out, and he did a fantastic job on my AC and HVAC inspection and maintenance for a move out of a home. I had called Impact Heating & Cooling to help with a last minute job before I moved out. They scheduled me in the next day. Mike came earlier than I had booked, which made my life easier, and he was a delight to deal with. He explained all issues clearly, documented and photographed all repairs made to the units, and attached it to my invoice. I am completely satisfied with their service and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Am beginning a renovation/remodel on my lower level and had a few questions on my HVAC system. Byron came out not once but twice to advise us what would be/not be possible without charging us for his time. Although Impact has not done any work yet, they will be the first ones we call w/ any HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues we will need on the renovation.
