Jeff was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes of hearing the fan running and was able to pick up the required parts and make the repair in short order.

So far so good. Drain the hot water heater and fix the toilet. These guys are friendly, helpful and share advice. They take the time to explain things. Seem to do a very good job.

The technician (Isaiah Mendoza) was on time and very professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed my heater after the part arrived. Unfortunately, the part was not in inventory and we had to wait a week to get the part in and get it installed. All in all, the service was exemplary.
