Impact was able to take care of our problem the same day that I called for. They where at my door right at 2:00 pm just like they said they would be there. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He done a great job getting our issue resolved. I could not be more pleased with this company. They came out immediately when my furnace wasn't working. They were extremely professional, gave me all of my options, and fixed my furnace on the spot. They gave me a number of potential options for additional work but did not try to upsell me. They were patient and explained everything in great detail. Eric and Andrew were the on-site technicians and I cannot give them a high enough review. I highly recommend this company.

Kia took the time to speak with the home automation tech and did an excellent job at troubleshooting the issue! He had to climb into the attic to find a disconnected wire.

After receiving 3 bids, we decided on Impact because Jim and Byron were the most knowledgeable about the issues of replacing a 20 year old HVAC with the newer more efficient systems. Our installers, Dane and Jesus were amazing; polite, clean, hard working and seasoned. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I had a great experience with Impact for my heating system repair yesterday. Mike was quick but very thorough, and he even took a little time to explain how the system works so that I could look out for future issues. I was looking for an HVAC shop that is different from the sales driven, technically inexperienced big names in the area, and I think I've found it. I'll definitely be a regular customer, and I hope to see Mike again next year for my maintenance visit.
