My experience with Isaiah was excellent, My overall experience with impact heating and air conditioning has been wonderful since the install of our new heater and air conditioner.

Wayne has serviced our furnace and A/C for years. He's experienced, professional, courteous, and on-time. So we keep requesting him to perform pre-season service on our furnace and A/C.

Very pleased with Erik’s work. He was very knowledgeable, he listened patiently and shard his knowledge.

Tyler showed up on time, and was very eager to get started on my air conditioner.He fix the problem and got me going again.I was very pleased with his work.Will be calling Impact heating again for future business , I highly recommend Impact heating & Cooling Inc.

Our water heater went out late at night and Troy was able to come early the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easier than I was expecting. The staff was also very kind and helpful I cannot thank them enough for everything!! Will definitely be using them again!!

Tyler did a great job at the end of his day getting my furnace running after 3-days of my house sitting at 56 degrees. I’ll definitely use him again, hopefully not to soon, in the future.
