Tyler fixed my whole house humidifier! He diagnosed the problem, obtained the failed part, and installed it the next day. He anticipated the need for replacement screws so he had them on hand. He also modified the original casing to give the steam hose more freedom, thereby reducing life-limiting friction. Tyler focuses on 100% customer satisfaction to the best of his ability!

Humidifier canister was replaced. Isaiah was very professional and explained and showed me how dirty the canister was. I was surprised that I was able to receive same day service.

Inspected system and found a bad transformer that was partially melted due to a wire that had been left uncapped and created a short by a previous company. The tech from Impact Heating & Cooling was on time, professional, courteous and followed a detailed check list to inspect and diagnose the issue.
