We could not have been any happier with the service provided. We needed to change our appointment and they accommodated us. We had air duct cleaning at our previous home and now realize how terrible it was compared to what these guys did. They worked hard for almost four hours and did a thorough job. I feel so good about the air quality now as we head into flu season. Thank you for a job well done!

We phoned them because we were having trouble with our heating and cooling system. In less than 30 minutes after the techs arrived, the issue was resolved. They did an excellent job and were friendly and competent.

Too many furnace companies price gouge when they know you need heat and you're left with few options... in my experience HB & Sons is one of these companies. My inducer motor failed on my main furnce. HB & Sons gave me 2 options: $1,600 for a new inducer motor with a 5 - 7 week lead time (really? claimed supply chain shortage) or a $5,800 new furnace the same or next day. I found plenty of compatible inducer motors available on-line with same day shipping. I ordered an inducer motor for under $200 and installed it in an hour 3 days later. HB & Son's pressure sales tactic must work with enough customers that it's worth risking the company's integrity. I could never trust this company again.

I just wanted to say thank you for your services. Our AC went out on a Sunday and it was so hot. I called your company, and you were able to come out that same day. You guys were so nice and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend you to anyone!

Excellent working with this company. Within a day of phoning, they were able to come out, and they were highly skilled at what they were doing. I valued how the technician kept in touch with me throughout the procedure and found him to be friendly and professional. If you need heating or cooling services, I would without a doubt suggest them.

HB & Son's HV & AC is incredibly efficient. I received a call half an hour before the technician arrived, as well as a text message informing me that I could track the guy's route to my house. My water heater was up and running in a matter of minutes. He was both efficient and pleasant. He explained everything to me and answered all of my queries. A corporation that hires technicians like him says loudly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Horrible experience overall. We moved into a house we'd just purchased only to find that the thermostat kept losing power. This wasn't great with the temperatures pushing 90 so I called around trying to find some place that could help soon. We originally had an appointment for Monday with another business; HB & Sons told us they'd be able to be there the same day (Friday) and gave us a window between 10 and 3 so we canceled the first appointment and went with them. Big mistake.

3:00 rolls around and no one has shown up or contacted us. When we call we're told that they'll check on what's happening and get back to us. It's now 3:30 and we still haven't heard anything from them. I call again and I'm told that they'll figure out what's going on and to call back if we haven't heard anything by 4:30 (and I'm assured that someone will definitely be there today). I call back again at 4:30 and after waiting on hold for a while I'm informed that they can't reach the tech scheduled for us and that no one else was available. They reschedule for between 8 and 11 on Sunday.

On Sunday I get a text from the tech around 10 saying that he's held up at a job and won't be there until 2. Fine, as long as he shows up at some point I can live with it. Around 1 he texts again, saying that he doesn't have any parts and that the stores are closed today and asking if he can come tomorrow between 8 and 10. I ask him if he can just come today to at least look at the problem, but he says that it's a long drive for him and that tomorrow morning would be much better. At this point I give up and schedule with another company; fingers crossed that they won't be as shamelessly unreliable as this place was.

James arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the HVAC system up and running in minutes. He let it run and checked out the whole system while he was here. He was extremely polite and left everything very neat- as always. I highly recommend HB & Sons HV & AC! A++ Service!!

HB & Sons HV & AC company quoted a very fair price compared to other companies. My furnace installation took longer than they could have reasonably expected yet they stayed until we got heat, and came and finished everything the next day. The techs are very experienced and very professional, they also filed all the rebates. Am a very satisfied and happy customer.,
