Joe, Theo and Cameron came out to my house and replaced a indirect hot water tank that was leaking. The job went smoothly, looked and worked great when completed! No "ooops!" Very professional. So happy I called Flow Right!!

Mr. Quintana, was very professional. He assessed my plumbing problem, explained the the process to fix it and did an excellent job double checking his work, he had me look at his work and it was professionally repaired.

Matthew Rael came out on call . He was pleasant ,and professional. Cleaned our sewer . I was very impressed by his work ethic.

Had a pipe crack in basement. Had used this company before moving from Cornell in Sunset Park. Yesterday Paul C came to the house, detected the problem and immediately repaired. Today Art M came and performed drain cleaning service. Both of these young gentleman were professional and polite but also very knowledgeable about their profession. Will only use Flow Right. Flow Rite was referred to me from a friend to assist with fixing my AC unit. I was quickly able to set an appointment. Joe Archuleta was my tech and he was absolutely amazing. He found the problem immediately and walked/talked me through the whole process of what needed to be repaired. Flow Right was awesome with returning our calls, getting an appointment set up right away and getting our issues fixed. They were fast, efficient and professional. Arthur came out and fixed our problem in no time. He found the pipe clean out that none of the other 3 plumbers have found and utilized it to clear our drain system so all of our problems are solved now. Excellent service by an excellent employee. This man deserves a raise.

When I called for a drain clog flow right was able to schedule me within a couple of hours. I was so thankful, for there prompt service do to not being able to run water or flush toliets. Brandon e was my tech that day and he was very professional and knew exactly what to do.

Paul was the main technician although his supervisor also came to offer suggestions and help remove the old tank. Paul was very professional and congenial while performing excellent work and explained the whole process while doing it. Although the job cost more than we were initially told we understood there were adjustments that had to be made and we just appreciated the responsiveness and care taken. Will recommend them and use them again.
