Please beware. Our pipes are leaking worse than before after Flow Right visited our house for a leak issue. When I called back after going down to the crawlspace and seeing a huge puddles of water, I spoke with Rhonda. She was rude and argued with me when i told her the issue we had wasnt fixed. She scheduled us for a completely different day than what she confirmed, I had to call and found this out after waiting for the plumber to show up. I just cancelled altogether and they could have cared less. Terrible service and we paid 760 dollars and our issue was not resolved. Don't waste your time or money.

My experience with this company was not at all pleasant!!! They did not resolve the plumbing issue ,after 2hrs of not finding what was clogging the plumbing. I was told the plumbing needs to be rerouted ,and they would give me a bid. Typically the bait and switch prices. I called a competitor a day later they resolved the issue in 15 min. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just want to say shout out to Arthur he was very kind and helpful fun talking to and did a very good job with plumbing all at the same time.

We called rotor router to come out for a leak under our house. The tech went under our house to find the leak. He came out and said that he couldn't fix it because the leak was in a tight spot and he couldn't reach it, and he just left.
We called Flow Right. They sent a tech out yesterday afternoon. Brandon was awesome. He went above and beyond to locate and fix the leak that was in a very tight area under the house. Thank you Flow Right and Brandon. Flow Right is the place to call for all plumbing needs.

Paul was the tech on my electric water heater replacement and he did an excellent job! There was a lot of retro fitting involved due to the location of the water heater and having to bring it up to code. Paul was very professional, kept the work area very clean and was very detail oriented. very happy with this install!
