Another happy customer! We called Flow Right for our water heater repair. They were thankfully able to get to us on the same day, earlier than our arrival window. A big THANK YOU to Paul Quintana, he was our service technician. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He also educated us on water heater maintenance. The price of the service call and labor was affordable. Thank you Flow Right!

Water heater was replaced. Pressure from the new heater caused a pin hole leak in hot water line. Both jobs were done in an efficient and professional manner. Thanks much Kizu and David. 👍👍👍

Horrible service! I will never use them in the future. Called them to fix a plumbing problem. They did not fix the problem. Said they would be back the next day and never showed up. When called they would not respond. Still charged me for the service and said I should feel lucky, because it was not the full cost.

You must let your drivers drink or consume drugs while driving? Doing 25 mph under the speed limit causing lots of traffic. It didn’t help your driver was swerving all over the road.

Frankie pizzo came on Saturday and was very knowledgable about our system but couldn’t get a part until Monday. On Monday Damien morales came with the part to repair our furnace, he was very knowledgeable and very quick! I was very happy with flow right services!

RALPH B. went above and beyond in taking care of my backflow issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in what he does. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating, cooling and electric services. Best company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to home issues! Lawrence was very pleasant and dealt with both the original problem, which was a leaking isolation valve and the type of thing that comes up with older homes: a copper elbow broke while the valve was being tested. He then waited around to insure everything was good. Highly recommend.

My mother had a water leak in her wall this weekend. Kyle Strother, the tech Flow Right sent out was very professional and courteous. Explained what he had to do before hand and fixed the problem promptly. Could not have asked for better.

Mattews was very professional and on time. Most importantly was patient and very knowledgeable about his job. Can thank him enough for taking care of us after hours. Thank God for plumbers!!! He also recommended other services and for sure we will take his recommendations. Best of luck Mattews.
