Called on a Saturday morning to repair a water heater that had a pilot light that would not stay lit. The dispatcher sent Alejandro C. And he came to my house quickly and got to work. He had to troubleshoot, found the problem, and replaced a faulty gas valve. I now have hot water again. Alejandro explained everything he did, was very professional, and very personable. I have used FlowRight twice and have had good service both times. I will recommend them for excellent service and call them first if I need plumbing service in the future.

Called them to come find an fix a leak in my parents house while they are away and they came out first thing they next day. Our Technician called before arriving and was very nice and professional throughout. He let me know what he was going to do before he did it and found and fixed the problem with diligence and haste. David Kittle came out to my house for a busted pipe and fixed it no problem. Not only was the work done very well he was very knowledgeable and made sure he told me what was going on and what he would be doing. He even went the extra mile and helped service my water heater which he did not come out before. Amazing company amazing service definitely recommend.David knows what he’s doing!

This is our second time using Flow Right and both times they have been great. We called this morning with no hot water and was thankfully scheduled today. Phillip came out this afternoon and we are now good to go. Phillip was professional and knowledgeable and we would gladly have him take care of any other issues we may have in the future.

Our water heater began serious leaking on a Sunday - of course - and required replacement. We found that Flow Right offers service on weekends at no extra cost. David Kittle arrived shortly after the call and did the estimate. He returned the following Tuesday to do the installation. He arrived on time and did excellent work. He was friendly, helpful and understanding of our customer's propensity to look over his shoulder. Flow Right helped us last winter on a particularly cold Sunday with a furnace issue. AGain, their work was fast and honest.

I would not recommend this company for any thing.
They are dishonest and left me in worse shape than before I called them, which seems to be a trend with them.
They sent 2 different techs to my home and after the last one my sewer pipe was completely clogged. The last tech and the manager both said my sewer pipe was busted and it was not.
It is my opinion that it was their intention to scam me.

Originally scheduled an appointment for service on my microwave when no one showed, I called and was told that the appointment had been cancelled even though I was never notified. I then scheduled a new appointment - halfway through the scheduled time-frame when no one showed I called and was told that the technician could not make it but that he would work me in the next morning and would call me early today let me know the time he would appear. At 8:30 having not received a call I called him and was told he would not be able to make it and to call dispatch to be put back in his queue. Dispatch told me that the soonest they could send ANYONE was six days from now. Thoroughly disgusted. Don't get the run around like I did.
