I had a broken water pipe. Copeland arrived and after a few minutes of searching found the problem, even though it was a bit difficult to find. He repaired the break and also installed an outside water line where it was needed. He also did a great thing by removing a very stubborn and recalcitrant garden hose splitter that was causing me no end of annoyance. Many thanks to Cope and to Flow Right.

Robert Lucero represents what makes Flow Right an outstanding company. This is the 3rd time we have used Flow Right and the 2nd time that it was after hours and an emergency. David Kittle was excellent. Very thorough and was able to find and fix the leak. Professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up the areas, tons of communication. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

Flow right came recommend to us by a family member. When I called, the scheduling person was so friendly and helpful, and got us on the schedule only 2 days out when many others were scheduling 2+ weeks out. Our tech, David, came out to reconnect the gas line for our stove after another project was completed. He was very courteous and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure all our questions were answered. He also checked for leaks and confirmed all existing parts were in good condition. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with the service.

Water heater was leaking water. Brandon was dispatched to determine what was causing the water leak. Brandon found that the water heater could not be repaired and recommended that a new water heater be installed. He explained what he had to do to bring the installation up to code and what the cost would be. He also let me know of the different payment options. I gave him the go ahead and he obtained the necessary permit and new water heater and parts. He installed the new water heater and cleaned up after he was done. I was very pleased with his work and the way he answered my questions. Highly recommend.

Technicians Mike H and Mike C were super professional and kind. They removed and then installed an entirely brand new Trane HVAC system at my house. It looks great, they communicated all the necessary information to me thoroughly for each system and the thermostat. I was able to give feedback that they accepted and corrected immediately. They were very patient and friendly to my two very barky dachshunds. I look forward to working with Tim and his team at Flowright in the near future for my bathroom remodel. Thanks!

Between availability and scheduling the business was great to deal with. On top of that the tech, Paul Q, was great to deal with and got my problem fixed in no time.

Flow Right was prompt in scheduling the required service, with same day service. The technician (Ralph) was professional, courteous and arrived ahead of scheduled appointment. He explained what the problems were and why these issues impacted the tankless hot water heater performance. Repairs and service were promptly addressed and all questions from the home owner were answered. We recommend this company.
