David Kittle came out he was very informative and helpful with the inspection he did on our plumbing. He fixed 2 leaky spouts during, as well as gave me a few good tips, and a few recommendations for what to get done to prevent any future issues. Great service and highly recommend David Kittle and Flow right.

We have used Flow Right for several projects and always been happy with the service. We own a 70 year old house and much of the plumbing has needed repair or replacing. They have installed a new water heater, replaced all the supply lines and repaired our sewer pipe. Every time we’ve called in a panic they have been prompt, professional and efficient. Daniel G has been wonderful coming out the same day and taking care of the latest problem we encountered with our sewer line. I will absolutely recommend everyone that we have dealt with at Flow Right.

Isreal was my Plumber - I had an emergency leak repaired quickly and efficiently - he was working on the spot less than 20 minutes after my call - completed less than an hour - super friendly and professional a real asset to his company and the profession.

We had Arthur M. visit us to fix our sink that was backing up. He provided a great service, was very pleasant & professional and explained everything in detail. Will def. request him if we need plumbing services again. Thank you.

I wasn't sure if I would leave a review until I read from another woman how she felt taken because she was a woman. I recently lost my husband and should have never said that. Let me first say, we had our sewer line replaced from the house to the alley in 2017,
from another company, brand new! One night I went to shut off my sprinkler system and noticed sewer backup in my basement. Daniel came out and stated that snaking would not fix it secondary to it being tree roots in the connecter between my line and the city's. So charge went from $135 to $250. After using pressure hose, he told me I needed to replace an eight foot section of pipe and the connector, giving me a bid of just under $6000. I trusted him and accepted bid, putting half down. A couple of days later, I awoke to noise in the alley and saw that there was a crew here to start the work. I called Mike to ask about not receiving a call first ( which he blamed on them) and why they needed to replace 8ft and connecter, if only connecter the problem. He immediately raised his voice and started basically bullying me into doing the job. He stated his guys didn't need to be there, they had other work, but if he pulled them, it would be a week or later to get back to me. When I asked if he always spoke to his clients that way, he responded that if I would let him finish, he was just trying to give me options. This went on for awhile. When I asked about replacing the 8ft and connecter, he stated they were not in the business of ripping people off and if they didn't have to, they wouldn't. Now let me say that the three man crew that came out were great. Very professional and courteous. Upon completion, I called to see if the bid would be lowered since they didn't replace all 8ft and Mike graciously took $25 off. The kicker, after speaking to other contractors, I was told unanimously, the bill should not have been higher than $3000. Do I feel they took advantage of the widow woman....YES! and Mike compounded it by his bullying. I will never recommend this company and will share my experience with everyone needing work done

Hi, I just wanted to message to inform you that I was extremely happy with the recent service I had from our tech Daniel G. He was on time and was patient with all my questions. He was thorough in answering and explaining the process he was working through and gave me valuable information regarding the best was to keep our system serviced and extend it's life. He was also very friendly with my inquiring toddler who wanted to chat the entire time. He was honest and upfront about any problems that could come up later and performed every task we asked of him without hesitation or complaint. He was truly a gem to work with and I will recommend him to anyone seeking the service we had performed. Best plumbing experience I've ever had.

My family and I are very appreciative of the work done by David Kittle. He repaired our pipe that had bust and did a very good job. I was happy from the service that I got from the person who had booked our appointment as well. All in all I am happy and grateful with Flow Right!

Update: Had to call for an after hours call again and had Damian again. Still did a good job and was courteous. Would recommend.

Nothing like having a plumbing emergency on a Friday at 5pm. Called around and Flow Right was the cheapest. Damian showed up fairly quick despite having other jobs and was very kind and professional. He was able to get things fixed and taken care of. So not only did we save lots of money on a after hours call we got great service as well. I would high recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Flow Right and their employees! I have used their company twice this year alone and let me just say that I am once again one satisfied customer! I received a call that Damian was in my area right around my scheduled appointment time and when he took a look at my heater I didn't have to tell him what my issue was he knew just by looking at it. Damian is a very knowledgeable man in this field and I would HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you Damian for fixing my heater!! I have heat!!!!
