Our 2nd time using this company. Extremely pleased! This time they did a toilet installation and flushed our hot water system. Our technician, David Kittle, was fantastic. Did a very professional and thorough job. We would use this company again. Highly recommend. Booking appointment was easy and all staff were extremely friendly. David told us that they also do kitchen remodeling. I'll be calling them again soon.

I called to get my sewer line jetted. Arthur showed up early and was very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. And he was friendly and respectful. I would recommend flow right to anyone!

Gage was great! Showed up on a Sunday right on time. Was incredibly professional in making sure he had really solved the problem — our sink was backed up and he found the source and also took an extra look at the pipes under the sink to make sure nothing was leaking. He was also really kind to my 4 year old son, who kept up with a lot of questions about plumbing. Will use these guys again!

So this is an update on my previous review, after the initial incident, I ended having to call them back for a hydro jet to eventually fix my problem. The tech that came out was extremely good, and helped us out a lot. Now to address the mixup of pricing with the person who answered the phone and quoted a price. It was a misquote on their end, and they went out of their way to make it right. Not a lot of businesses with that kind of accountability. I will use them again for future plumbing needs. They do good work and will do what they can to make things right if they made a mistake. Excellent business.

We got Art, he was fantastic. Very thorough and make sure that our clog was fixed in a very timely manner. He was very respectful and had a great manners couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Art M. came by on an after hours call to clean out our line that backed up in our basement. He was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get everything fixed and gave us great advice on how to avoid any issues in the future. I was not able to be home during the service but he explained everything to my wife and called me to explain it all as well. Great guy! The world needs more Art’s!

The folks at Flow Right replaced my boiler. Everything from the appointment setting to the estimate to the actual service was done with remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and when it came to explaining the issue with candor. Not only was I impressed by the service done by Matthew, but also the support staff in the office. I think I have found a plumbing service I actually trust after many false starts.

Very happy with this service. We have our office located in a building that is over 100 years old so our pipes are old. Eric came and gave us a very reasonable estimate and replaced an old leaky supply pipe by installing new copper pipe to the fixtures between 3 floors. Great job, great service. Paul Q worked a long time to repair our leaking faucet. He did a very nice job in making sure everything was expertly installed and worked properly. He did an excellent job and we ONLY use Flow Right for all of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs.

Brendon and Patrick did a good job repairing the old boiler. Flow Right had the foresight to buy up original parts for this brand when they were going to be discontinued. They were fast, efficient and very knowledgeable.
