I’ve used Flow Right for all my personal and business plumbing and HVAC needs. They’ve installed solar panels for radiant floor heat, a new boiler, and fixed plumbing problems. They have consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, and high quality. I highly recommend them! Patrick is particularly awesome, but I’ve also been happy with everyone who’s helped me.

I had the pleasure of using Flow Right plumbing services after a terrible experience with Roto-Rooter. I called Roto-Rooter to fix a clogged line in my basement; they showed up over five hours late, added fee after fee (over $500), and could not even fix the problem because it was too late in the day. That's when I called Flow Right.

When Brandon with Flow Right called to tell me he was on his way, I had a lot of questions and concerns because of my experience with Roto-Rooter. Brandon eased my concerns best he could and even had his supervisor, Daniel, call and discuss an action plan.

Brandon showed up right on time and got straight to work. Within an hour, the clog was gone, and everything was working perfectly again. Not only was the problem solved quickly, but the cost was also a fraction of what Roto-Rooter had quoted me.
What impressed me the most about Flow Right was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service.

Knowing my concerns, Daniel even showed up to the job to make sure everything was going well. This level of dedication is hard to find in today's world, and I truly appreciate it.

We have used Flow Right multiple times over the years. They're always quick to respond and their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful! This latest time was an emergency after-hours call and Ralph was great. He came right away, found the main water line (which was confusing for all of us!), then repaired the broken pipe in the crawl space. It was quick and as painless as possible. At the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch we rely on the quality, professional, cost-effective service we always get from Flow Right. Paul C. and Greg M. did a superb and thorough job servicing the older model Rinnai hot water heater here at the Ranch. They were very thorough and patient in explaining the many steps involved and they went the extra mile to help ensure the hot water heater will perform and at this high-altitude location. In another timely visit to the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch, Eric from Flow Right did an excellent job on an emergency repair of a bathroom water supply. There's a motto for our business that fits here with this particular plumbing issue: "when you need it." In order to keep the work going and business plans and activities moving forward, it was necessary to call on Flow Right, once again, even though it was a holiday. It was when we needed it. The service was expensive since it was right on July 4th, but again, Eric did a professional, fast, thorough and super job keeping this new vacation house and mountain rental cabin business on track. At the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch we rely on Flow Right Plumbing for timely work and service calls. And, big thanks to technician David Kittle, Flow Right came through, once again! Since we're in a rather remote, mountainous location, the appointment scheduling and other logistics (for example his not needing a part and thus a return visit) with a service call are critically important. David was innovative, professional, timely and his work was excellent or even better in helping keep our small vacation rental going with an essential plumbing repair. And, it wasn't easy! He went to the extra trouble to be sure the job was done and done very well plus he explained everything and provided useful maintenance tips. Thanks also to the Flow Right office staff for assisting with billing and to help keep our Robb Ranch financial records straight.

We hired Flowrite at Collins Aerospace (Raytheon), here in Pueblo and I have had nothing but the BEST experience with Ralph being my favorite to ask for. Although I have enjoyed every professional they send. I love that no matter how terrible the job his Awesome Personality actually enjoys the challenges and his skill is impressive to say the least. Lance is fantastic at taking care of us and we look forward to hearing Ralph is scheduled for repairs and his knowledge of Commercial to residential waste, vent and new Construction is top notch with having the gift of making it all make sense when he explains the issues he finds. Thank you David K. at Flow Right - - David came to install a new shower part in our bathroom and also a new kitchen sink faucet, and he also caulked our kitchen sink. A previous repair person had told us we needed a new sink. Thank you David for being kind, prompt, efficient and so helpful. We appreciate you and FlowRight.

In late November we had a complete failure of our heat pump that powered our in floor radiant heat delivery system, leaving us without heat. We live remotely and finding a reliable company for the replacement system and future service was very important to us.
Flow Right PHI was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted them and within a couple days Patrick Blackwell made the trek to our place, assessed the home and requirements for a new boiler system. Less than 24 hours later we had a proposal. He then was able to quickly schedule us for the installation two days later, understanding that we needed heat during this cold season. Within a 4 day period the new system was complete and we are very happy with the quality of product, the installation crew consisting of Gage Gipson and Brendan Sandoval with oversight by Patrick. We would highly recommend Flow Right and their team of experts.

They came out and repaired an exterior line on our house. Never received a quote. Billed us for $900 for 2 hrs of work. Asked repeatedly for an invoice with labor and materials. Refused to send us an invoice, still have not received to this day. Offered a $75 discount for an "accounting error". Never received it. Would recommend never working with this company, their lack of communication is unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

It was a cold, cold night. Inside. Which it shouldn't have been, on account of the heat was on. But there was no heat to be had, so I fired up the pellet stove and went to bed. It was a cold, colder morning. The boiler was dead, wouldn't ignite. I called the local mountain plumbers. 4 days to get someone out! I started calling around, I started asking friends, I started getting very worried by the sub-zero weather forecast.

Then I found Flow Right on a friend's recommendation. The woman who answered the phone was professional and courteous. She took my info and a few minutes later I got a call back for an appointment. Not 4 days later, but a couple hours. And I'm a 90 minute drive each way for these guys!

15 minutes after they got here, my boiler was working. I was advised against making a bad mistake on the replacement (they got the old one working, for now, still need a new one though), and I'm getting a quote for the replacement I need. I don't know what that quote will look like, I don't know if I could save a couple measley bucks elsewhere, but I know I won't need to shop around. These guys are top shelf, and the service and support is worth it.

If you need it fixed, you need it now, and you need it right, look no further.
