Paul was efficient and good. He assessed the problem and correctly developed a correction. He finished quickly and cleaned up afterwards. We were impressed with his work and quality. When I require work in the future Flow Right will be on the top of my list.

First, the plumber was awesome! Great attitude, fast and professional. The three star rating in no way reflects on David K. He was five stars. My issue was the cost. We broke a bowl that clogged up the garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday, but was a regular, not emergency visit. He walked in, jiggled a few things, used a wrench and was done in 5 minutes. The cost? Over $160. FOR FIVE MINUTES, no parts needed. Sadly, this is the last time we use Flow Right. I’m afraid we would have to take out a second mortgage for a blocked sewer line or broken pipe. They used to be good and reasonable. They’re still good, but that’s not enough these days.

I used their service to jet and scope my sewer line. They got to my house a little early and called to ask if they could begin the work. I was still almost an hour from my house. By the time I got to the house, Brandon E. and Pat B. had the job finished. Completely finished. I pulled into my driveway and they handed me a thumb drive with a video of the scoping, complete with the report of their findings. The rate for the job was perfect for my budget. I highly recommend using their service for any plumbing needs.

Flow Right is one of my go-to companies for my business' and my home's plumbing needs. Their technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. Art M is no exception. Art efficiently assessed and resolved our plumbing issue, walked me through the steps he took to do so, offered helpful preventative recommendations and answered all my questions related to the project. Art and his colleagues are the reason why I keep Flow Right's number on my cell phone.

Had my gas line vaves replaced and plumbing issue with my dishwasher. Though I was going to spend a small fortune but it was very reasonable. Brian S helped me and he was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and was efficient. Thanks Brian!

This is the worst company ever! They should be called Flow Right outta your wallet and into mine! What they do is a lot of talk and NO results. In a matter of two days I had 3 techs from this company in my home and spent over $750 and not one of them did anything for me.

I have had another HVAC company out, who looked around for 5 minutes and said there is no way this was just serviced, the coils aren’t even cleaned, and when I told them Flow Right didn’t come inside he just shook his head.

And the plumbers don’t even get me started, the first guy probably shouldn’t even be working as a plumber after charging me $487.00 he said that another guy would have to come fix it.

The other guy came the next day and tried to scare me into spending $10k. Thankfully I got a second opinion from another company who isn’t just out to grab that commission check.

We called Flow Right because of a kitchen faucet leak. Paul came to our house and after looking over the situation our simple kitchen faucet leak turned out to be more complicated. We appreciated how he was able to find the needed parts and install them confidently and efficiently. He showed us the old corroded parts and explained why they needed replacing. Electric company contracted them for our water heater was impressed with the service so I had them do a new water filtration system. Also helped get our house pump working with a new valve. Each time I felt they worked to keep costs down and make recommendations for what I needed not a bunch ⁰of extras I didn't need . Being far from their office the trip fee felt fair. Everyone who worked on our home was very respectful and diligent this is a professional outfit providing great service very rare to find.
