Every time I go to this store I deal with someone knowledgeable and every time I need a part for an appliance they seem to have what I need, the folks here fill the gap for a guy like me with little understanding of how my AC or washing machine works! I will continue to go to Ingle Supply first.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Fast service and friendly. The gentleman at the counter suggested to replace a capacitor on my condenser unit before replacing the fan. His insight solved my AC problems with almost no fuss. Thank you!

Possibly the worst customer service for any supply company. They are never polite or cheery and sound like they don't want to answer the phone or help. I have spoken to several team members there and get the same impression every time without fail.

Best customer service!!! The gentleman and woman took the time to explain to me how to fix my fan to the central air unit and it's working great. Haven't had such good customer service in a very long time! Thank you!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, they almost always have everything in stock it’s a rarity that they have to order. But when they do it’s just a few days wait. Very reasonable prices too.

Aways get great service at Ingles and they usually have what we need. Good people working there.

Two days before Easter my oven baking element went out. I called Saturday morning and was able to get the element and fix my oven in time to bake my ham for Easter. Everyone was so helpful and gave me excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Nice little shop. Been around for a while, staff is very friendly and helpful. We’re able to get me the pump motor I needed for my washer, and for a good price as well.

Awesome, very helpful. Was looking for a drain pump for washer, he tested and looked for a replacement. Found a few but not quite the same so he sent us elsewhere. Didn't find it there but was very kind and very helpful. Knew what he was doing and find that hard now a days. Will surely be back. Just awesome.

Poor customer service. I called and the man was rude to me. My husband tried to brush it off until he went in and the guy was rude to him as well. Wouldn’t sell him the part, then just tossed the paper with model number back at him. Wanted to shop local. Will be ordering online and avoiding this place. I’m willing to bet most of the good reviews on here are family as one person on here reviewed him twice.
