Unique did a great job. Showed up on time and replaced an almost 40 year old furnace with a new one and installed high efficiency AC. Works well and am extremely satisfied overall with the product and installation. Would highly recommend!

Unique is a pleasure to do business with. My furnace went out with the coldest temperatures we have seen in a long time. I asked for a couple of bids from a couple companies and as soon as I did, they were contacting me. Others did not. They came out same day to diagnose and Julio was excellent with his explanations and service. We decided best to replace the furnace. This was late on Saturday afternoon and he got the work scheduled for Monday morning. The installers, Nick and Jason came on time and did a great job replacing the furnace and thermostat. They made improvements to the drainage and cleaned up. They explained and showed me everything and was very professional while they did it. From the woman I spoke with on the phone (sorry forgot her name), Julio and Nick and Jason, you all were fantastic to work with. Looking forward to having you service the new furnace and my AC and when I am ready, replace the AC unit. Thank you for the great experience!!

Austin and Tyler were super. Worked incredibly hard to get replace our HVAC, Air conditioner and water heater in one day. They kept us informed and checked in with us during installation to make sure we understood the new system. We appreciate their professionalism.

Julio did such a FANTASTIC job!! Definitely recommended. He's very professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Julio explained everything that was going on, and was informative on all the AC parts. Honestly his name should be in the name of the business. Maybe should be called "Julio's Unique Hearing and Air Conditioning".

This is the second time I used Unique for my HVAC maintenance. This time it was for the A/C. Brian Argo was my service technician this time around and I found him to be clean, friendly, and professional. I watched as he first inspected the HVAC filter (i just replaced it a month before) and found it satisfactory. We (yes, he was fine with me watching) went outside to the unit where he explained what he was doing as he was opening the unit. He power washed the fins surrounding the unit and cleaned the fan blades as well as inspected all plumbing and electrical hookups. He measured the refrigerant levels (no need to top off) and reassembled when he (and I) was satisfied with the results. Upon completion, he asked if I had any questions or any further concerns to which I had none.

Between this and the previous maintenance last fall by Julio Garza, I am totally satisfied with Unique Heating & Air Conditioning and signed up for their spring/fall maintenance subscription service.

Julio was everything you want in a repair guy! Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and transparent with price. He diagnosed and fixed the problem (faulty thermostat) and cleaned the system as well. Price was very fair for the work. Will definitely use again!

Hired these guys to install an outdoor AC unit and electrical work. Got several quotes and theirs was the most competitive. The work was quick and professional and I was am very satisfied with the result and especially the price. I had 2 technicians Tyler and Jason that did a great job explaining my AC Unit and answering all the questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Danny Hedrick has worked with us for a couple of years now. He has been wonderful. He does what he says he will and explains it thoroughly. He has been reliable and timely on every occasion. Today, he went out of his way to advise us on a couple of other issues we had with floor heating and gas fire place. He was careful not to attempt to do things outside of his domain, but did what he could with the help of a colleague.
He doesn't trump up items to fix as so many other of these firms often do.
Most importantly, he loves dogs!
