I contracted Unique Heating and Air Conditioning to help resolve my HVAC system issues and do general cleaning and maintenance. Julio Garza came out and looked through everything, and diagnosed the conditions of both furnace and AC system. He was transparent in what he was doing, and allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to make an informed decision, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. Overall, he cleaned my AC unit, dethawed and cleared my evaporator coils, and left my duct housing in a better condition than it was. I will definitely be calling you all in the future and would recommend Julio! Thanks!

Before our technician arrived we received a text message with a photo and bio about him. This made us feel comfortable and appreciative. Danny was very professional and prepared to fix our AC unit. He had a wide range of knowledge about our system and promptly had cool air running again. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use Unique Heating and Air again!

Julio is a very professional, timely, and very informative. I could not believe how nice and personable he was. Took the time to show me what was going on with my a/c unit. Had the part, fixed it, and gone within an hour. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We moved into our new home on Thursday and found the AC wasn't on and the thermostat wasn't responding. The house was in the high 80s throughout the move and we started desperately calling HVAC service providers. We managed to get booked with another company on Friday that no-showed with no information despite our repeated calls and then decided not to come for the rebooted appointment on Sunday because it was too far. We were told he would come on Monday but we felt no confidence in them by then. Luckily, we called Unique and were able to get scheduled for the next day at noon. Not only was the technician able to come early, he patiently answered all our questions about the issue and how to avoid it in the future, checked out our furnace to make sure it was functioning well, and even gave us tips on how to maintain our AC unit. We signed up for the service plan before Brian even finished his work on the thermostat, we will definitely be going with Unique for our future issues.

The heat stopped working in our new house. We’ve only been living in the house for 60 days and this was the third time the heat stopped working. We called Unique and Julio came out within the hour. Julio was able to find the cause and ordered a new part. He came back the following morning to install the part and complete the job. Danny joined him as well. Julio was so hands on, we thought he was the owner. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Unique as they delivered exceptional service. Many thanks for a job well done.

Tyler and Austin installed a new furnace and AC. The techs were amazing! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely respectful. They were courteous and took the time to explain things to me. Awesome experience! They deserve a raise!

GREAT SERVICE - furnace quit and they were immediately responsive. Danny Hedrick did a thorough diagnosis and repair. He took the time to teach my wife and myself easy diagnostic tests and codes we could use if the furnace fails again. Friendly superb service - THANKS.

Lorenzo and Bryan were exceptionally wonderful. They were on time and stayed until the job was done. They were extremely respectful and the quality of work was above and beyond normal service. The whole unit runs better than before and Lorenzo and Bryan were only hired to add an air conditioning unit but they corrected many issues that the previous furnace installation had. Very good; they both deserve raises. :)
