Heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Needed a thermocouple. Didn't have time to do it myself. The guy that came out said the pilot light wouldn't stay lit and said I needed a whole new heater assembly that was going to cost thousands. I took the next day off and fixed it for $13. Called to get a refund on the service call since an actual service was not performed, was told a manager would call me the next day. Never got a call back. I would not recommend this company.

We have been in our new build for about 1 year now. The HVAC was caked with dust and drywall from when they built our house. Brian came out and cleaned the entire system for us. Afterwards, there was not a single speck of dust! He was incredibly kind, personable, and takes great pride in his work. It is hard to find people like that these days! We will definitely continue to use Unique's services in the future. Thanks again, Brian!!!

Can say enough how great this company is. Had AC system installed as well as a dryer vent and furnace maintenance. After the AC was installed the furnace kept running and they had installers come out again to fix it. The installers were very friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any HVAC service.

Brian is awesome. He has been to our home a few times for maintenance. He is super respectful of my little one’s nap, always on time, remembers our dog. Really one of the best out of anyone we have ever had working in our home from any business.

Bryan did the work in our home today. He showed up on time, polite and professional. He checked, worked and explained what was happening in our unit. Comfortable to have him in our home. He made sure that we are getting the best option and care possible. We are satisfied and would highly recommend Bryan.

Jose and his team of installers did a great job installing our new furnace! They were very professional and did great work. They were very careful about keeping our house clean while they worked and explained everything about the new furnace before they left. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Julio was the best tech that I have ever had. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me exactly what he was seeing and what it all meant. He discussed extra options available to me to increase energy efficiency while ensuring I was still comfortable. Julio and his team were excellent! I had several other bids done to get our A/C and furnace replaced and they were all ridiculous way over our budget. Julio took the time to take pictures and explain in detail what needed to be done with the existing equipment being over 20 yrs old he also recommended some upgrades that we should consider but never pressured us in getting something that we couldn't afford and gave us several options to consider. Julio was very professional, honest and caring. I will forever be a customer and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.
