So impressed with the quality of work and employees. Chanel (reception) was attentive to our needs, detail oriented and highly organized. She made scheduling and execution of the appointment flawless. Logan (technician) was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He discussed the concerns, made recommendations and clearly explained each step of what he was doing and why. Extremely pleased with the overall experience and work. Definitely staying on as a customer!! Would HIGHLY recommend👍👍

Whole Home Humidifier System and Air Purification System installation: Carlos and Jimmy were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional. Carlos took the time to explain to me what they had done and patiently answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to work with True Heating and Cooling. It was –3 degrees outside when I got home to find that our thermostat said it was 52 inside!

While I managed to get it going again, True sent Tony over to check the system out for us today.

Tony just left and in less than an hour he checked our entire system, replaced a filter that hadn’t been changed in two years(!!), and installed a brand new thermostat.

Really appreciated how communicative,* kind, and helpful he was! While I hope we don’t need help, if we do I hope it’s from True!

*he called us and told us his ETA so we didn’t have to wait around for a long service window

Tony was terrific! So nice and so professional… he let me know when he was almost here and he arrived on time with a great attitude and really knew what he was doing. In a time when good customer service is so rare, this was a very positive experience. Will definitely be calling them again.

Bryan at True Heating & Cooling came out to repair my furnace quickly on a cold morning… within 45 minutes of first calling them. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great to work with 👍🏻

Logan Hopper was AMAZING! We called True Heating and Cooling and they were super fast to come out! Logan was our tech and he was super professional and knowledgeable. He helped educate me about what the problem was and how he went about fixing it. He included me every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on. He even showed me before and after pictures and I was blown away by what a great job he did. He was very honest and kind. I would 100 percent recommend this company and Logan as your technician!

I had a great experience with Logan, he was on time for both the inspection and hot water heater replacement. He was up front with all the expenses. He let us know the process and made time to get the installation scheduled for the next day. After a day of cold showers we appreciate ALL his hard work. Logan also let us know of any upcoming needed maintenance.

Justin was great in checking in on how the new system is holding up. Our house is older so it means a lot having an honest company to help with house maintenance.

We had a whole house steam humidifier installed. Carlos and Travis did a fantastic job. Carlos is very meticulous with his work and I appreciated that.
I will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

I'm currently bed ridden and home 24/7... they got my initial diagnosis appointment scheduled the very next day and was able to schedule and install my new AC unit and furnace within a week after that. Carlos, the lead installer was punctual, professional and just over all a pleasure to work with! Justin, the owner of the company even did a follow up on-site visit a week later just to verify everything was properly working... best costumer service I've experienced in a long time! I highly recommend True heating and cooling and will be using them for any of my other properties that have HVAC issues. Patrick and his partner were prompt, clean, professional, and great with our dogs! They setup is very tidy. They left my utility room cleaner than they found it! Pricing was transparent. Follow up excellent.
