Scott and Austin installed my AC this week. This was my first experience with Unique Heating and Air and I have to say they were great! To start, they were very informative about my AC options. As for the installation; they began on time, were well prepared, very professional and were extremely neat both inside and outside while going about their work. Julio, the manager, stopped by to make sure things were going well and that I was satisfied. I feel that's a great show of support not just for customers but staff as well. I would recommend Unique to anyone. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Our AC unit shut down on a Tuesday and by Thursday we had a new AC/furnace installed. Julio came out to do a diagnostic on Wednesday. He was very professional and helpful. He explained the what he found and what the issues were, which was helpful in deciding how to proceed. On Friday, Julio, Tyler and Davian came out to install our new AC/furnace. They were very professional and got our new unit installed quickly. Once again, I appreciated how Julio took the time to show me the new system and answer any questions I had.

Julio arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and effective in his work.

We just had our furnace maintenance done by technician Danny. He did a phenomenal job. He is very personable, experienced and thorough in his work. He explained everything he did and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Danny and Unique Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone.

Our furnace went out and we called Unique Heating and Air to repair/replace it. They were quick to respond and they found a huge mistake by our home builder, so we ended up replacing our original furnace and air conditioning unit. The staff worked hard and went above and beyond to improve the space around the furnace in our attic, so we can access and maintenance it easier in the future. They were easily able to work with our schedule and courteous and professional while working in our home.

Great experience with Unique! They were able to come same day, actually within an hour of my call. Karen was very nice and extremely helpful. Brian Argo was the tech and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! He had my issue handled in under 20 minutes. You are now my HVAC company moving forward, keep up the good work!

Brian came out to service our HVAC system when our AC stopped working. He was knowledgeable and very friendly with our dog and our kids. He answered all of our questions and was able to track down the issue quickly and went out of his way to fix other poor workmanship from the previous repair man from a different company. He verified we were satisfied with the repair prior to leaving our house. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Unique Heating and Air Conditioning.

Julio was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. When he arrived, he took the time to understand the diagnostic work I had already done. He knew what the problem was right away. He checked everything, replaced the capacitor, and our AC was operational again. Thank you Julio! UniqueHVAC also had good communication with us throughout the process. We got a text message with an introduction to Julio before he arrived. 1st class service!

Danny Hedrick and Julio Garza came to my house to do some vent repair. We had an almost major system collapse in our tiny crawl space and they both climbed through our tiny space and did the work needed to make the repair. They also checked for system leaks while down there and stabilized the system. Then they looked at our very old unit and cleaned it for us. I feel they were reasonably priced. They were both very professional, explained everything to me, and sent photos of the work done for my records. I appreciate that they opened out HVAC/outdoor furnace for me on the spot even though I did not request that service for that day. I felt that was very kind of them. I would recommend this company.

Tyler and Austin came to install a new furnace and AC. They were super clear explaining what they were doing, they left the area perfectly clean, they are super nice too. I've used Unique several times now and it has always been a good experience. Also their prices are much more reasonable! Highly recommend them
