We called Unique and their phone team answered, Pat, and she was super respectful and responive. Lorenzo came out during the indicated time, fixed the problem, informed me of potential future issues and the whole time kept the information educational. 100% Would recommend Unique and would 100% recommend requesting Lorenzo for the task at hand. Family vibes from this guy all the way, truly professional and customer focused.

My property mgmt recently used Unique Heating and Air to install a new furnace for me. Austin and Tyler were SO great and professional and did an awesome job. They took time to show me how everything works, how to replace the filters, and were overall very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this team to anyone!

I was looking for a HVAC company who did duck repair. I called about 5 places and NO HVAC company would work on duck repair. I finally reached out to Unique Heating and Air Conditioning. All I can say is A+++. April in the office was very helpful and kind. The tech who came out was Lorenzo D. he was great he was very personable answered all questions and a NICE guy. He came out one day to looked at issue and the next day it was repaired. It been about 3 months and still working great. Great Job Unique

Unique Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job installing my home a/c 7 years ago. It's worked great ever since. They did an awesome job. I'm just now writing this review now because Julio the technician just finished maintenancing my furnace. He was meticulous and did a thorough job of cleaning the furnace (even removed what looked like a fan to give it a good cleaning). The person who answers their phones is also very responsive and helpful in scheduling appointments. Thank You Unique!

Julio Garza just left our home after performing maintenance on our Rheem furnace we purchased through Unique. After completing the maintenance Julio showed us pictures of everything he did. It was the first time any HVAC engineer or company had taken the time to summarize the visit with us in our 40+ years of home ownership. Hats off to Julio for doing such a great job! Thank you!

Everything was great! The installation of a new furnace was right on time and handled professionally. Everything was explained and installed very well. Tyler and Austin performed the install, and they were awesome guys! Danny has been incredibly helpful through this process as well. I appreciate all the great work and open communication! My elderly parents heater was not turning on. It was a Sunday, but we called unquie heating and air anyway they sent Danny out he arrived
fast and had the heater working again we were so grateful that they made it out on a Sunday to help my parents. Thank you Danny keep up the great work!

Used them for a furnace tune-up and were very impressed by all interactions. Their office/scheduling staff was incredibly helpful and kind and Julio G. -our service manager- was wonderful. He was on time (early, actually), professional, clean, showed us the before and after. Very affordable, too! All around it was a great experience. We will use them again and recommend them to our neighbors. Thank you!

Tyler Winters performed an A/C maintenance for us. He was thorough, taking photos of procedure and sharing those with us. Professional and courteous. He is an asset to the company!
