Wow, our furnace broke last night just as temperatures were getting down to 3 degrees and we furiously tried to troubleshoot ourselves. Without any luck, we started making calls this morning and Unique Heating and AC were able to send someone over immediately. Danny was amazing, so nice, very informative, very fair with his assessments. I have absolutely nothing to compare our costs and others may say we paid too much, but we felt the price for the service to fix our heater was more than reasonable. I would definitely call them again, and request Danny!

Lorenzo was so extremely knowledgeable, timely, personable and professional! He was able to diagnose the issue with my AC so quickly and fix it immediately. He explained the issue clearly and spent the time to walk me through how he resolved. I would highly recommend Unique Heating & AC. Also, my dogs absolutely loved Lorenzo and so much appreciate having AC working again!!

Yet another 5 star experience with Unique Heating & Air Conditioning! Unique has been our go-to service for our furnace, AC, and hot water systems. Their engineers & techs have always been extremely professional and yet very approachable. They always seem to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is set up just right.

We started using Unique Heating & Air Conditioning several years ago when our AC wasn't working properly. Since then, we have used their services on two other occasions for furnace repair and, most recently, a hot water heater install. We would like to commend the staff from Unique Heating and Air that came to our house for an A/C System Installation. We recently had our system replaced, but quickly realized we used a family friend , who cheated us and had used pieces and parts.
The techs were very alert to not let our cats out and kept the house areas where they were working really clean. The cost went higher than initially quoted but we fully understood why. Our system, both inside and out, are top shelf quality in appearance and operation.
We are 100% satisfied with EVERY aspect of the work performed by Unique Heating and Air and will not hesitate to refer y'all in a very positive manner.

Lorenzo came to our shop and diagnosed our A/C system. explained the cost to repair and had our system up and running in no time at all. very efficient and frendly. i highly recommend Unique Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who need HVAC work

This team came and saw the hazzards that the original builder Lennar had created and rebuilt my unit like it should have been when my home was built. Lennar did not install a drip pan and other crucial parts to keep my system working properly. Lorenzo and Tyler came out and showed me the issues to my horror and got me back on track in no time. Tyler went above and beyond and painted my attac trim when they were complete with the job. My unit was able to decrease the temp. 2 degrees in a few minutes and increase in temp quickly as well. My unit has never ran this well. Thank you Tyler and Lorenzo!!!

Called Unique to do a furnace tune-up. I was easy to set up and appt. I got a text when the technician was on his way with his name, a picture and some some background info on his experience. His name was Brian Argo. I Really appreciated that. We started having problems with the furnace a few days before he arrived and he fix the problem before turning up the furnace/AC without charging me extra to repair. I had lots of questions and he was very patient and answered them thoroughly. I am having Brian back in a couple of days to replace the thermostat. I am so glad I chose Unique to fix/maintain our furnace and air conditioner.
