Our furnace stopped working in the morning on New Year day. Our daughter recommended Unique Heating and Cooling. I called them on Monday January 2nd ( holiday) and they were able to send the technician Mr Lorenzo Denigris. He quickly found the problem and gave us an estimate for the repair. We agreed to the repair. Next morning ,as he promised, Lorenzo came and fixed the furnace.
We are elderly so it was very important for us to have the heat in the house with the outside temperature 14F.
Lorenzo Denigris is professional, friendly and very reliable which for me reflects on the company.

I needed my AC looked at and fixed up. Unique was able to arrive only a few hours after my call which was wonderful. It ended up costing a little more than I would have liked, but the convenience of their promptness more than made up for that.

Julio was the service/install manager and he was very polite, friendly, and was willing to take all the necessary time to ensure I was comfortable with what was going on. He answered all my additional maintenance questions as well.

Overall it was a good experience.

Julio came out and was friendly, courteous, and had a great sense of humor as he diagnosed our failed furnace after 22 years of use.

Tyler and Jason showed up two days later with our new system and got to work right away. They were both a pleasure to work with, and the got acquainted with our dogs very quickly. (They actually run the house lol)

Overall, we are very satisfied with Uniques friendly team and plan to have them come every winter season for their regular maintenance.

I highly recommend Unique Heating and Air. We had them clean our ducts and vents recently, and Austin and Tyler did an exceptional job. They we very mindful, diligent, respectful, polite and professional. They work extremely well together and took extra steps to ensure we were pleased with their service. They cleaned up after their work and put everything right back in place. They also were experienced enough to know something wasn't right with our dryer hose, and took extra steps to uncover a problem with a connection inside the wall that we have been oblivious to for 15 years.
They offered to fix the problem which took extra time and effort on their part. Thank you Austin and Tyler! You two Rock! Because of your awesome job, we'll be a repeat customer for sure!

After calling a plumbing company the tech didn’t even look at my hot water tank! Just told me I needed a new one!
After reaching out to Brock, he came to my house the save day and had our hot water back in less than 10 minutes!
I can’t say enough about him or his company!
Being uninformed about hot water tanks furnaces etc, The honesty from Brock and his company is beyond incredible!
I would highly recommend and for future I will never use anyone but unique hvac!

The install was fast and they gave me a thorough explanation of how everything works after. Austin and the other installer (I’m horrible with names) were very professional and clean. They left the room looking better than when they showed up and they were very friendly. I will definitely use Unique for any future work I need!

Julio did a great job. He inspected my AC and was able to tell me of any issues I may have this summer. After talking with him I decided to have a new unit installed. My old AC was probably 20 years old. Thank you Julio!
