This is the second time we have had to use these guys. I was so impressed after the 1st experience, that I called after the mother board of our new furnace shorted out after our sewer line backed up in our basement. They responded very quickly and Danny was great to work with. He put booties on over his boot because of the snow on the ground as to not mess up my floor very respectful our our home. I will recommend these business to all my friends and neighbors.

I My furnace stopped working and Danny came to the rescue in just a few hours. My heating system is now working again and if there are any issues in the future we have a plan. Danny is awesome!

Update: I have continued using Unique Heating and Air for annual maintenance on my AC and furnace and they continue to be great! Never have trouble getting an appointment and they are professional and thorough.

Unique installed my new furnace and AC last year and they have serviced both my old and new equipment. All have been good experiences. They actually answer the phone, or get right back to you when you leave a message. Last year my old furnace died during a bomb cyclone and they came right out and got it running again.

I highly recommend Unique. I called and got an appointment less than 24 hours out during a heat wave. I liked that I got a text with our technician Lorenzo’s name and photo, and he arrived early! Lorenzo was awesome! Very practical - found an affordable solution rather than jumping immediately to replacing our system, which is one years old and just stopped blowing cold air. He quoted me $1600 but the job came in at under $1200. Already our home is cooling down and we’ll be thanking Lorenzo for a long time to come.

I would happily recommend Unique Heating and Air Conditioning, and specifically Julio Garza. He was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My system is too old to repair, and Unique will be installing a new furnace and AC. There was no pressure on me to buy more than we can comfortably afford, and Julio listened to my questions and concerns patiently and respectfully. He also handled all the paperwork efficiently. I sincerely appreciate Unique and especially Julio Garza.

Called on Unique Heating & Air for our furnace that went out. Lorenzo came out gave us a quote next day our new furnace was installed. I can't say enough about the great service always given by everyone from the office staff to the techs.

Lorenzo came out on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Explained to us everything we needed gave us options and pricing right there.
