Tyler came to service my units and was very friendly and informative. I've never dealt with anything related to my AC or heater before and he showed me where everything of interest was at the beginning of his visit, then did his checkup quickly, quietly and efficiently.

Got a new furnace and AC unit. Julio and Jason were here on time. Very professional with how explained everything to me. They worked quickly and cleaned up after the work. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Excellent service.Called for water leak in heater and appointment was made for that afternoon.Julio Garza was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all work that was completed.He repaired the leak then went beyond the repair by taking system apart and cleaning the whole heater.When finished he vacuumed the surrounding area.I highly recommend Julio Garza for your HVAC needs.

I called about smelling gas and thought my pilot light was out. Technician Lorenzo was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He checked everything and all was well. It was a false alarm and a miscommunication but I felt much better knowing there were no leaks or problems. This was the second time Lorenzo has been to my home (last time was last fall to check the furnace for winter). Both times he was professional and very polite and thorough. Thank you Unique for having such a great employ.

We had a heating problem that occurred late in the afternoon. We called Unique and they sent Julio out to our house. Julio looked at the issue (21 y.o.system), with my husband and we all decided it was time to start new. Tyler and Jason arrived 2 days later to install the heater and a/c. They also let me know all the phases they were going through and were fabulous! Thank you all for your help in making things great again in my home!!

Our hot water heater went out and was flooding our basement. We contacted Unique and they were able to get someone out in the next couple of hours to help us. Julio came out and assessed the problem and got us a solution quickly! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Jason and Dave came out the following morning to install a new hot water heater. They were super nice and worked quickly. Julio showed up as well to help. They went above and beyond and helped get some of the water cleaned up. Definitely recommend Unique over the other guys!
