WOW! What a difference!!!

*** Isaiah raced out to my house on his lunch break WITHIN ONE HOUR of my initial phone call and he had it done in 10 minutes!

I first called a different company and waited an entire week in 97°F heat for a service call on my A/C unit only to get an absolutely ridiculous estimate for a simple repair. Immediately after I refused that estimate, I called Goodfellas in hopes of getting a better deal. WOW!!! I should have called them first! Not only was it less than half the cost, but Isaiah raced out to my house on his lunch break WITHIN ONE HOUR of my initial phone call and he had it done in 10 minutes! Yes, you read that correctly!!! Read it again! Who does that?!? This company does! I found my go-to HVAC company. If you live in the Denver area, you should make them yours too!

Tyler was great! He showed up on time, and checked out my furnace and flushed my hot water heater. He was very polite and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

Our AC went out last night. Called and spoke with Michael this morning at 8:45 am and they were able to fit our service call in their schedule for today. Josh was very knowledgeable and found the problem within minutes and had us back up and running in no time. From our first call to the technician all contacts with the company are 5 stars. Awesome local small business! Will use again and I will recommend Goodfella’s to anyone who asks for a referral.

Very professional-especially Tony, Isaiah, and Mike-thoroughly checked my furnace and hot water tank(which was replaced-1999 model with Rheam)-excellent service. I recommend utilizing their very reasonable contracts, so you can count on them annually.

Horrible customer service . I have 87 & 94 year waiting on this company. I had a appt 11: to 2pm for inspection & tune up set up month + ago. Using Groupon. 2pm I am waiting only to be told it would be a few more hours. They found a excuse to back out of this inspection. “ my air conditioner runs” to them they wont inspect it with warm air.
They use excuses for not honoring a Groupon. Sly way of doing business7.
My experience with this company doesn’t even deserve a star.

Update: After all that happened that same day. I was told no groupon service. A knight in shining armor still came to house that night. He was the best. He made a simple inspection & tune up find and fix the air conditioner system. Thank you Patrick

Goodfellas is great. We have called on them several times over the last few years and have always received fast service and fair prices. I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't waste your time with any other company. Goodfellas is the best.

The experience of replacing the furnace, air conditioner and water heater was excellent. Jay and his partner were very courteous and neat. They did a very thorough job.

The customer service rep was polite and communicative. However, I requested a quote, had a tech show up to my house and never received anything back except a request for feedback. It’s been over a month and no quote still. I was hoping to go through the RENU program using this company which was listed on the state of CO webpage but the tech didn’t seem to have any knowledge of it. I ended up going with a different company that was prompt and followed up.

Kendra and I are pretty much kn a first name basis now. She and her team have been very responsive and flexible working with us for our various needs. Thanks for everything!! We have chosen you guys the last 10 years for good reason!

Alex and Troy did a whole house duct clean and basic furnace clean today on my house. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and the two employees I interacted with. They were curious and professional. They took the time to explain everything and show me all the debris they cleaned. Will definitely be using th em in the future.
