The two gentlemen that came to check out our furnace as to why it was not putting out heat were both professional and provided information along the way as they were inspecting and determining the problem. They were able to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Jay and Isaiah were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They discovered that both of my furnaces were leaking gas and were on top of that to give me a quote for two new ones. The process was quick and to my satisfaction.

Day 2: Furnace install - Jay and Isaiah and Isaiah were back again today to install my furnace. Still prompt, courteous, thorough. They were respectful of my property and home and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything. The new units look great! Thanks, guys, for a job well done and for going above and beyond for me.

Thanks to the hard workers at Goodfellas! They installed a furnace and ac unit today (12-14-21) and did a great job. They were super professional and great about answering the 50+ questions my husband had! Their honesty and high work ethics will secure our business in the future. I would recommend them to a friend or family member without hesitation.

Good Fellas did a great job, and their price was quite reasonable. If you don't have a furnace and HVAC company, or are disappointed with the one you have, give these guys a try and you won't regret it!

This guys were fantastic. They went above and beyond their jobs. They literally saved our lives. The hot water heater was leaking gas and the gentlemen installing the furnace smelled it and fixed it for us no charge. WOW. They also removed an old ac unit which was broken and we did not use. We have used them twice for furnace replacements and will definitely use them again if needed. Great bunch of guys very polite and wonderful work ethic. Thanks again Goodfellas!!!!

I was very impressed with Jay, the installer. He and his team were polite, work quickly and cleaned up after the installation. I had a question about the cost of air conditioning and he researched what I was asking and replied to me. He was very professional. I would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Goodfellows for several years, I am not even sure how many. Right now I am in the process of selling my home and the inspection brought up several concerns that needed to be addressed.
I called and Alex went over the issues step by step and was able to satisfy the concerns of the inspector. Jay installed my furnace/AC last year and did some updates on my water heater for the inspection this year. I could not be more pleased with his work and his work ethic. He kept me informed about the whole process. Even though I have moved I will continue to use Goodfellows for all my heating and cooling needs.

We did get what seemed to be a cold call. Normally I do not take these types of calls but I needed my ducts cleaned and was already calling around to other places for pricing and options. They covered some options over the phone and had a very reasonable price. I was a little nervous based on what the other reviews that I had read said, but decided to give them a chance.

I had Michael and Shane for my technicians... For starters I received a call the day before with a reminder. On the morning of my appointment, I received a call when they planned on being at my house and they arrived on time. Overall, they did a GREAT job with my house. It was absolutely disgusting what they pulled out of my vents!!! They worked well with my dogs and maintained a very professional and courteous demeanor. They cleaned up the mess and tried to be as neat/tidy as they could. Overall I was very happy with the service I received and would be happy to use them again.

I just had my furnace serviced by Goodfellas. Outstanding customer support. Michael did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. He told me that my unit looked good and gave me confidence that it would be around for a while longer. What a gray experience! I highly recommend Goodfellas because of their honest and straightforward customer service.

Their driver with the licence plate starting with Bmk was so far up the butt of the car ahead of him he show be a proctologist. If their drivers drive that recklessly I wouldn't want them near my heater.
