I was very pleased with Goodfellas. I had estimates from 3 different companies for a new furnace and air conditioning. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but I chose them due to the knowledge that Mike provided. He was the only one who pointed out code specifications and necessary changes to the current set up. They scheduled quickly and worked around my work schedule. They came over the same day as the inspection to fix the minor issues pointed out. I would hire them again; and I would certainly recommend them.

One of the guys came over and figured out what the issue was right away. He quoted me same day on the repair and got me on the schedule for the following week. The quote was right ON and was only different by less then $5. He came back the next week to fix the problem but in doing so found out another new install of coils won't work with our AC. He took blame for not catching it sooner and right away was figuring out how to get it to work. We ended up getting a new and upgraded AC Unit, which he installed the very next day. Even though we had to pay more money he also gave us a discount which was very fair. I plan to use this company in the future for any and ALL HVAC problems at the house.

We just purchased a home and found a gas leak near the water heater. Goodfellas came and fixed it for free even though the installation was over 2 years ago. We appreciate their service and dedication to customers - we signed up for the annual maintenance service on all of our systems. Highly recommend Goodfellas!

I needed to have my AC unit disconnected and moved to another location so we can dig a trench in that area for some electrical work that needs to be done. Goodfellas came out ON TIME and got the job done perfectly. ALSO, this is a service that many other companies will not do. I appreciate them going the extra mile. we have been customers for 15 year now. TRUST is important.

I have a contract for maintenance service including winterizing and covering my Swamp cooler. They rescheduled 3 times and wanted to do it a 4th time. Not happy, they did this last year also. Once here, the gentleman was nice and quick with the work. but for a person like me, I have to take a day off of work to have an appointment and they want to reschedule I loose another day of work.

These guys are top notch! They are as honest as they come and are fair priced. I've used them personally for about a year now and recommend them to clients of mine (I'm a Realtor). I don't know how to judge quality, but with all other positives, I have to believe it's great. Tony was terrific and represents Goodfellas well. He addressed our questions, came promptly, and we felt we rec'd high value for our dollar. Bottom line: We would definitely recommend Goodfellas as well as use its services again.

The guys were professional, friendly and helpful. They cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. Property had previously been a rental before being flipped so looked like both of these had been neglected for years. Dryer vent was especially difficult with the way it was installed. They did a great job! Feels like we can breathe in the house again.

My experiences with GoodFellas; has been nothing short of amazing. Some months ago I had them check out the AC compressor. When the HVAC tech was here, i asked him if he could recommend someone who could vacuum our heating ducts and he told me his company could do it. They arrived on the scheduled day and efficiently completed the work. They were considerate of my wife and myself during the process.
One week ago, our AC quit working. I called them and the tech came over right away. He did.a bit of diagnostic checking and determined that the motor that operates the compressor and fan had seized and would not operate. He checked the serial number of the unit and determined that the unit was installed in 1995, 25 yeas ago. He told me that the parts were no longer available and the refrigerant was no longer available and I needed a new AC unit. When the HVAC techs opened the part of the furnace where the cooling coils are, they showed me that the heat exchangers were very rusty and might last another season but recommended a new furnace. One of the techs remained working while the other one took the truck and brought the new unit.
The Techs were Jay and Isaiah. I don’t know their last names but I am pleased to write that they were competent, congenial and hard workers. They worked until the job was complete as they did not want us to go another warm day without AC.
I apologize for rambling on so long but I highly recommend Goodfellas for any HVAC work.

Save your money.Received call for special AC tune up for $$49.00. I specifically asked if the line from the unit to the house was included in the inspection because the foam insulation was cracking and needed to be replaced. I was told that was included and should be taken care of. When the tech came I was told that was not included and would be $180 to replace. I told him that was what I specifically wanted done and was told it was included. He left, I called the office. Apparently it was a miscommunication with the sales person who called me in the first place, she is new and will be talked to. I said they should at least cut me a deal. He needed to talk with the manager and would call me the next day. How about $125? OK come on out but I'll go ahead and pay the $180. Josh comes out and replaces the insulation in 2 pieces. Instead of butting the insulation up close to the house as it was he cuts it short and tapes. Within a weeks time the area where the 2 pieces were against each other have separated leaving the pipe exposed. Called office again explained the shoddy workmanship and they sent Josh back. Was not satisfied with the way he began to correct and told him I could do better myself, go on to the house. Called the office and let him know that Josh was sent home. Alex said to email pictures to him so he could see what we were talking about which I did and have not heard word one back. Save your money, use only if you don't care about the quality of work.
