I find that the service representatives always are on time, they call prior to arriving to alert me that they are on the way, they are courteous and thorough in their work, and respectful. I just signed up for another 2-year contract which I believe the cost and service benefits make this a great deal. I don't have to worry about who I need to call if I have a problem.

19 year old furnace died on Tuesday, Goodfellas tech at house first thing on Wednesday, new furnace on Thursday. My house is warm again, my wife is happy and warm, and I think we paid a reasonable price for the furnace. The installation techs were quick, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards. I'm happy.

I had another company out to look at my furnace and he could not figure out what the problem was. I called Goodfellas and they had someone come out the same day (SAME DAY) and was able to diagnose the issue. He showed me exactly what was happening, found the part locally and came out next day to replace. This guy knew what he was doing. He was efficient, clear, and polite too. The difference from Goodfellas and the company that came before was night and day. Thank you!

Jay installed the AC system and humidifier, and successfully connected it to our existing Ecobee thermostat. Now, we have healthy humidity all year long without us needing to make any adjustments. We are very impressed with Jay!

I am really upset with goodfellas. they came for routine check up for my AC that was working awesomely, and has never had any problems, but I felt like b/c it had been a few years I should have someone come out for maintenance. They ended up telling my husband we needed a bunch of stuff so it cost way more than they said it would and that we really need a new $6,000 AC unit. I left for for weeks a few days after they came. Now that I am back my AC unit is making an insane noise that does not seem normal at all. It's so loud it woke me up this AM. I am going to have to have someone else come out now. I think goodfellas sabotaged my unit so we would have to buy a new AC. They have called 2x since we have been gone with their quote. Unreal. I am SO angry right now to return to my house with this insane noise from mat AC!!!

Tony was great and even called before he came, earlier than appointed time. He was thorough and masked and even emptied the water from our water heater.
I will probably check "responsiveness" when he orders the latches for our furnace that were broken by an earlier visit 2 years ago.

Friendly enough staff, but...

Be sure you confirm with them that they can service your machine.

I had been looking for an HVAC company for months and a friend recommended Goodfellas when I kept getting the runaround from other companies (they never call back). I had high hopes. I spoke with their staff and explained I have a unique (and old) furnace/air conditioner combo machine. They asked for pictures to help determine if they could service it. I obliged and they said they had one person who could do it and scheduled me for the first available appointment (five weeks out), which was today. I was so looking forward to this day because it's been hot and I've been wary using my a/c since the state inspector was unable to test it when I bought this place.

Here's where it all goes awry. I get a call ONE HOUR before my appointment window to be told they actually *can't* do anything with this machine. Five weeks. They had five weeks to determine that. I could've been searching for a different company in that time, you know they're all going to be busy into at least August at this point so I will have no a/c for the whole summer.

Like I said, very friendly staff, but major shortcomings on everything else and I am livid about my wasted time.

I warn you again - be absolutely POSITIVE they can help before getting an appointment or you may get a cancelation call an hour before it.

As a Property Manager, I have worked with the team at Goodfellas for a few years for many HVAC issues and replacements for properties that I manage. Recently, my furnace went out and it was cold!! I spoke with Alex and he sent Mike out to look into the situation immediately. We knew the furnace and A/C were going to need to be replaced, but we were hoping not this soon, but it was time. Mike and Alex worked very hard to get our furnace and A/C replaced quickly and efficiently. Tyler and Levi, who installed the equipment, were very professional and a pleasure to work with. My family slept nice and warm last night due to the team's hard work to make it happen. Thank you to the Goodfellas Team!
