Great service, came to me on a w/e even though it wasnt a true emergency, because I had the flu & was w/o heat. Fairly priced in my opinion- even the regular price ( which I didnt end up paying because they accidentally quoted me a lower price & they stuck to it) came in at just a little over HALF the price another company quoted me. Kendra , who made my appt over the phone, was very kind & efficient. Michael, the tech, was VERY good about communicating when he was running a few minutes late. Based on my experince , I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs ! :)

One their "service professionals" looked at my air conditioner after it stopped working. He was insistent I needed a new AC unit and coil at the cost of $5,100.00. I thought I was getting scammed so I called another contractor. All my AC needed was a repair to the compressor and a freon charge, which cost less than $300. If their service tech insists you need a high dollar repair, save yourself thousands of dollars and call another contractor for a second opinion.

Great experience! I needed an annual maintenance on my furnace and they came out and did just that! No pushy sales tactics to create a bigger sale. Very honest and nice to work with. Would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! We had to have them install our furnace three times and get the city inspector involved for them to do it correctly. Now that it's cold, the furnace isn't working. They installed a furnace that's too big for the house so that it overheats and locks. During the day we have to constantly go to the furnace and restart it for it to work. At night, we don't restart it since we're sleeping. The house temp drops from 67 to 53. ALSO, our sale and install receipts we were to get a two stage. They only gave us a one stage furnace. We have tried calling, our attorney has sent a letter, and we have tried the BBB. The owner refuses to talk with us through any channel. Next month we will be filing with small claims court.

My sister and I first found Goodfellas on Groupon for a tune-up on our AC unit since it wasn’t preforming well. We were told that a major part was broken and that we would need a new unit. We saved for a year for the cost they roughly quoted (around 5k-6k) and decided it would be good to get other bids. We had Goodfellas come back out to quote us, as well as two other companies, and good thing we did this. One of the other companies took the extra effort to actually look at our AC unit and found that it was just a broken cap ($50 fix). This was a learning moment for us as newer home owners, but it makes me mad that Goodfellas had two chances to find this problem, but would rather sell us a new $5000 AC unit. As a younger women that doesn’t know a lot about this stuff, I felt so taken advantage of. Moral of the store is to get multiple opinions from experts before making big purchases.

I flip 5 homes a year and own about 30 homes! I only call Michael Young with Good Fellas Heating and Air! I trust them and they make me a priority or my client a priority so they will continue to receive my business!

It is so nice to be able to get someone to come help without having to book out 2 weeks! Benefits of dealing with a smaller local company! Josh and David were great - knew their stuff and got it done - quickly! Very happy with the quick and competitively priced service!

Very unhappy with this company. I was overcharged for a 50 gallon water heater and over charged on the installation. They talked me into a service agreement. While they were at my house they told me i needed a new furnace. I chose not to buy it from them so they are so overpriced. They didn't bother to tell the service agreement would be void if someone else came into my home and did some work... Totally an unethical company... I would not advise using this company unless you have money to throw away.....

Goodfellas- Thank you so much for our HVAC service. I’m quite leery of serviceman and I appreciate Michael and his staff. Courteous, thorough, and professional. My knowledge in these areas are lacking and I was so thankful of the time you spent explaining things to me. A+++ guys!

I can't say enough about how responsive and professional Goodfellows have been throughout the pandemic. Highly recommend!!
